| With my country’s economic growth,scientific and technological progress,improvement of medical conditions,and improvement of living standards,the average life expectancy of Chinese residents continues to rise.According to the prediction of the National Health and Family Planning Commission,by 2025,the number of people aged 60 and above will reach 290 million,and the middle-aged and elderly people will account for more than 20% of the total social population.According to the "Investigation Report on the Living Conditions of the Elderly in China’s Urban and Rural Areas",middle-aged and elderly people often encounter physical problems such as limited physical activity and accidental falls in their daily lives.Among them,over90% of the cases are caused by the elderly themselves.It is caused by the decline of physical functional ability,so how to appropriately and effectively improve the physical functional ability of middle-aged and elderly people has become an important research topic.In this study,the taiji ball exercise was used as the carrier,using the methods of literature data,experiment,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,etc.To screen the taiji ball movements with the ability to develop physical functions for experimental intervention,and to use suitable for detecting physical functional ability of middle-aged and elderly people,verify the intervention effect of taiji ball exercise on physical functional ability of middle-aged and elderly people,and explore the role of taiji ball exercise in solving physical problems in daily life of middleaged and elderly people.The conclusions are:1.The experimental results show that the strength quality of the middle-aged and elderly people is significantly improved by the taiji ball exercise.The movements such as left and right small throws in the taiji ball exercise have obvious requirements for the resistance exercise of the limbs,which can effectively improve the strength quality of the human body.It can achieve the effect of improving the strength and quality of middle-aged and elderly people.2.By comparing the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the effect of taiji ball exercise on the flexibility quality of developing middle-aged and elderly people is obviously better than that of daily physical exercise.Exercise characteristics,which have not been paid attention to in daily physical exercise,therefore,taiji ball can improve the flexibility of middle-aged and elderly people.3.In the research experiment,both the taiji ball exercise and daily physical exercise showed good effects in enhancing the cardiopulmonary ability and balance and coordination ability of middle-aged and elderly people.Taiji ball requires middle-aged and elderly people to maintain sustained movements of medium and low intensity for a long time,which has a positive and stable enhancement effect on the development of cardiorespiratory endurance of middle-aged and elderly people.4.In the whole process of the experiment,the middle-aged and elderly people showed a high enthusiasm and interest in the taiji ball exercise,and they had a strong interest in the learning and understanding of the technology and the extension of advanced movements.Therefore,it can be concluded that the taiji ball exercise has a good effect.Social implementation may. |
