Human are culturally biological creatures.People create culture,which in turn is nurtured and created by culture.Culture is the second nature of human beings.Without culture,people cannot breathe in human society,as well as to become "human being".Culture is the definition of "human being".Culture is inherited through transmission,but not bestowed by nature.Classroom teaching is the cultural activity of cultivating people and it bears the cultural responsibility of popularization and inheritance of human culture.The mission of cultivating people cannot be achieved without culture in teaching.Based on the practice of classroom teaching and cultural perspective,this research carries out educational implications and the examination of teachers' classroom teaching culture from three dimentions of scientific culture,humanistic culture and rhetoric.This paper also digs the deep causes of the lack of culture on classroom teaching.This paper proposes the possible path of the classroom-teaching culture turn.It is expected to expand the vision of education and teaching theory research,and provide new ideas for frontline teachers to examine and improve classroom teaching.Specifically,the teacher's classroom teaching culture is analyzed from the following seven parts.The first part is introduction.The culture expectation of teachers' classroom teaching was put forward.It is proposed to study the classroom teaching culture from three dimentions of scientific culture,humanistic culture and rhetoric.Through literature review,it is pointed out that the study of classroom-teaching culture from above three dimensions is still blank.The significance and value of this study is also pointed out.The second part is about the definition and relationship of culture and teaching.This paper clarifies the concepts and characteristics of "teaching" and "culture",as well as the culturing characteristic of culture and mission of culturing people by teaching.This paper explains the relationship between teaching and culture,and establishes the logical foundation for teachers' classroom teaching culture.The third part is the theoretical considerations of teachers' classroom teaching culture.This paper established the theory system for teachers' classroom teaching culture from three dimensions of scientific culture,humanistic culture and rhetoric.For scientific culture,this paper defines "knowledge","science","theory" and "opinion" based on the understanding of line metaphor of Plato's Republic.It is clarified that the knowledge of primary and secondary school textbooks is a mixture of "knowledge" and "opinion".It also clarified the cultural literacy requirements for teachers,includes abundant knowledge,clear thinking ability and respect for knowledge.For humanistic culture,this paper defines the humanistic culture and humanistic spirit.It was discussed that culture spread was the main content and purpose of education from the foundation for people and the initial aim of teaching.And then,this paper extends from three aspects of teaching,such as the presentation of humanistic feelings of teaching,the return to life world and the essence of "cultural people".the manifestation of "humanistic culture" in classroom teaching was analyzed too.For rhetoric,this paper explains it in philosophy.The rhetoric is an art to guide soul by speaking.The point of view is demonstrated that education is a career of speaking.It is pointed out that “speaking” is the basic ability requirement for teacher and the basic way of classroom teaching.The ontological meaning of "speaking" was introduced,as well as the demand of rhetoric in education.The forth part is about the actual analysis and cultural reflection of classroom teaching.This paper selects three representative primary school class to analyze the presentation of culture in classroom teaching practice,and then to analyze the practical characteristics of classroom teaching practice in three dimensions: scientific culture,humanistic culture and rhetoric.Then cultural thinking has been carried out from a macro perspective.The fifth part is about the problems of culture in classroom teaching and the analysis of these problems.There were some problems in the practice of classroom teaching now,such as the single goal,wrong textbook knowledge,cultural shelter of knowledge connotation,alienation of humanistic spirit and dullness of teaching language and so on.The cause were analyzed from three aspects,rampant.Scientism,temptation of utilitarianism and teachers' cultural literacy.It is pointed out that the classroom teaching deviates from the essence of culture,which takes "knowledge man" as the cultivation goal and ignore the cultural implications of knowledge under the influence of scientism and utilitarianism,The sixth part is about the strategy for the demonstration of classroom teaching culture.It is demonstrated from four aspects,such as the cultural turn of teaching objectives,the cultural exploration of teaching contents,the cultural manifestation of teaching methods,and teachers' ethical culture.The seventh part is conclusion.With a brief look of this paper,it clarifies the basic conception and constructs the theoretical system of culture in teachers' classroom teaching.By analyzing the present classroom teaching practice,it analyzes the reasons for culture estrangements and puts forward the implementation assumption.
