The Current Situation,Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Primary School Associations

Driven by the vigorous development of University associations,primary school associations are also becoming an effective channel for pupils to exercise their comprehensive quality,broaden their horizons of knowledge and enhance their communicative and cooperative abilities,as well as an effective carrier for implementing the activity practice curriculum in the new curriculum reform.At present,the research on college associations is relatively rich and has yielded a lot of achievements.However,the research on middle school associations,especially primary school associations,is still quite weak,which is not compatible with the current vigorous development of primary school associations.It is of realistic necessity and urgency to carry out the research on the construction of primary school associations.This study combs the development and evolution of primary school associations,and explores the value function of primary school associations.Taking the affiliated primary school education group as an example,this paper studies current situation of student associations construction in the affiliated primary school education group by means of questionnaires.Analyse the orientation of school,parents and students to the associations,analyze students' expectations of participating in the associations activities,investigate the management,cultural construction and external support of the associations,and understand students' complaints and loyalty and satisfaction to the associations.Through the analysis of questionnaires,this paper studies the current plight of primary school associations,mainly reflected in three levels.At the planning level,the development goals and positioning of primary school associations need to be further clarified;at the implementation level,the guarantee and support of primary school associations need to be further strengthened;and at the associations management level,the construction of primary school associations still needs to be further improved.Correspondingly,in view of the establishment,management and activities of primary school associations,three construction principles,namely,hierarchical setting,wholecourse guidance and curricula,should be well grasped in the construction of primary school associations.Then,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the construction and development of student associations from the two aspects of the school and the associations itself.Schools should strengthen external support for student associations.Before developing student associations,they should rationally orientate the value and objectives of primary school associations.In the construction of student associations,they should provide necessary guarantee for the construction of primary school associations.After achieving certain results,they should build brand of primary school associations and expand their influence.The construction of student associations also needs to be further improved.It is necessary to train their own culture,improve their vitality,improve the system of associations to improve norms,and strengthen incentives for primary school associations to enhance attractiveness.In primary school stage,pupils have their own unique psychological development characteristics,and their ability of self-management and self-education is insufficient.This is also the difference from university and even middle school associations.The construction of primary school associations can not simply copy the experience of the construction and development of University associations.The construction and development of primary school associations should be re-recognized and re-positioned.They should not only give full play to the form of associations,but also conform to the unique individual of primary school students.
