A Study On The Professional Realization Mechanism Of Social Work Institutions Led By University Teachers

At this stage,China is in a critical period of social transformation and development.The Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued relevant documents to mobilize college teachers to lead social work institutions based on their professional knowledge background.Social work agencies have important functions such as providing services,solving social problems,meeting market needs,and alleviating government pressure.The professionalism of social work institutions has always been a key issue in the field of social work.This paper selects the social work institutions led by teachers from four universities in Hangzhou as cases,applies the literature research method and in-depth interview method,and uses the balanced scorecard model of non-profit organization management as the basis for resource acquisition,worker development,and Establishing a professional evaluation framework for social work institutions in four dimensions,including service context,to explore the professional implementation mechanism of college teachers leading social work institutions.This article conducts a comparative study based on the project development of the four agencies combined with in-depth interviews with staff,analyzes its implementation mechanism,and proposes relevant suggestions to promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.It is found through research that the realization of the professionalism of the four social work institutions requires the coordination of all aspects of the professionalism of the institutions.At present,the relationship between institutions and thegovernment has not reached an equal level of cooperation.Teacher-leader institutions of colleges and universities should improve their professionalism,rely on their majors to improve their subject status,and link external resources with multiple parties.In order to realize the professionalism of the college teachers' lead institutions,first of all,it is necessary to rely on the government to maintain good cooperation and obtain the funds needed for service projects and projects.Secondly,relying on professional human resources,human resources in colleges and universities are the most significant comparative advantage of institutions.Students with professional backgrounds in social work majors in universities can guarantee their professionalism.The research found that employee team building is an effective way to ensure the professionalism of the organization.This requires that the organization not only pay attention to the professional background of the employees,but also give the employees the necessary system training and perfect career plans to help them advance.In order to continue professionalism,the organization should also vigorously expand its business in the areas of strength in combination with its own situation.
