Research On Construction Of "Trinity"Management Mechanism For Full-Time Postgraduates

Establishing people by virtue is the fundamental task of colleges and universities,and educating talents is the goal of college education management.The realization of this goal cannot be achieved by relying solely on the school as a single subject.It also requires the coordinated management of the family and society.Establishing and improving relevant postgraduate management mechanisms can help improve the quality of postgraduate training and promote the realization of the goal of educating talents.In order to explore whether the three management subjects of school,family,and society have an impact on the cultivation quality of graduate students and the extent of the impact,and provide a basis and reference for the construction of a full-time graduate student management mechanism,the form of interviews for the management subjects is The management object takes the form of a questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis to obtain the following two results: First,in terms of the status quo,the current graduate student management mechanism has poor synergy,ineffective education,and unsmooth information exchange among management subjects.Second,family factors,school factors,social factors have a positive linear relationship with the cultivation quality of graduate students,and school factors have the greatest influence on the cultivation quality,followed by family factors,and the smallest social factors.Through empirical analysis results,the school-led “three in one” management mechanism for full-time postgraduates is constructed.This management mechanism includes decision-making mechanism,power mechanism,operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and inspection mechanism.The three management subjects of family,school,and society increase the connotation of educating people in the management activities through the "trinity" management mechanism,and integrate the fundamental tasks of establishing morals into moral education,cultural knowledge education,and social practice education to promote educating people.Realization of the goal of success.Figure8;Table28;Reference 53...
