Research On The Innovation Of Academic Graduate School-college Secondary Management Mechanism Based On Quality Assurance

In the 21st century,with the development of economy,China’s higher education has entered a new stage.Since the increase of enrollment,the number of secondary institutions of college in China has increased,and various universities have gradually set up secondary colleges.The secondary management of school-college has become the main mode of contemporary university management.It is a hot issue that how to improve the quality of postgraduates under the background of the secondary management of school-college.T university in Tianjin in order to guarantee the quality of postgraduates complies with the development trend of higher education and carries out school-college management for postgraduates.Now,due to secondary management mechanism is not mature,the relationship of management subject is not sure,management effect is not obvious,and the outdated management concept about the quality of academic type of postgraduate student objectives and school-secondary management mechanism innovation research gap,this study analyze the above problems and seek the solution.In this article,through literature search,policy analysis on national academic type of postgraduate student’s policy system and the cultivation of the graduate student academic process were analyzed,and a clearly academic type of postgraduate student training objective,interviewing the management of graduate student through the interviewing method,knowing their responsibility and the present situation of postgraduate students,looking for the problems that exist in school-college secondary management and find the way out.At the same time,the objective of postgraduate quality is determined on the graduate training process,exploring the path of academic postgraduate training,according to the current situation,the second-level management subjects of the university are encouraged to improve the quality of postgraduates.Through analyzing the mode of school-secondary management,it is concluded that school-secondary problems of management are based on the quality of academic type of postgraduate student security and put forward the innovation of management mechanism,and incentive the main management,promote the school-college secondary continuously and healthy development,it is important for the promotion of academic type of postgraduate student quality.
