With the increasing closeness of international exchanges,in the education world,various types of international alliances of universities are increasing,which promotes the exchange of universities around the world,promotes cultural communication and mutual understanding,thereby enhancing teaching and academic capabilities,and is conducive to building members The school's international consensus and common standards.However,whether the role of numerous university alliances and university international alliances is effectively exerted,and which factors affect the alliance's role,there is still a lack of corresponding research.This study first defined the connotation of the University International Alliance and organizational effectiveness on the basis of literature.Based on the balanced scorecard and goal management method,the University International Alliance's organizational effectiveness evaluation indicators were designed for the university's international running standards;With reference to the influencing factors of the operation of the alliance of multinational enterprises,a preliminary index system for the impact factors of universities and international alliances was constructed,and a questionnaire on organizational effectiveness and impact factors was designed;,Analyzes the effectiveness of Asrtu's internal processes,operational benefits,user evaluation and future capabilities in four dimensions,and discusses the five influencing factors of relationship attributes,management control,location centrality,structural status of organizational relationship management,and connection strength.The effective path of organizational effectiveness verifies the effectiveness evaluation system of the organization of the University International Union;combined with data analysis.The research uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.In the qualitative research part,case studies and interviews are used.In the quantitative part,data are collected through questionnaire surveys,and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,and structural coefficient model path coefficient tests are carried out using SPSS and AMOS.Finally,the organizational utility system and the mechanism of influencing factors proposed in this paper are verified.The innovation of the thesis is to first combine modern management theories such as the utility output theory and the utility behavior theory to construct an international university alliance organization's utility index and influencing factor index system.Empirical research verification;Finally,according to the results of data analysis,the development recommendations of the University International Alliance Organization were proposed.
