The micro-Course Also known as micro course.At present micro-course is one kind of important resource for teaching and learning mathematics.micro-course contribute great deal to the innovation of the modern education.Although the micro-course has experience many years development,it has not Been given an accepted conception.teachers who hold different idea for the micro-course usually use it according to their own opinion.In this research,the Author discusses three teachers who are working in senior high schools in the unban area in Yan Tai teacher A thinks that the micro-course is auxiliary approach to classroom teaching.Thus she seldom use them during her class and encourage her students to use micro courses before or after the a lesson.Teacher B considers the micro-course to be a necessary part of the classroom course,so she use it freely during her class And she thinks that micro courses can be a good teaching material and this resource can greatly improve teaching and learning.Teacher C has An idea that the micro course must be used in the flipped classroom and she thinks that micro courses is Born for the flipped classroom.This study intends to investigate the difference idea Between the three teachers And we Attend to find the different applications they present in the classroom.it Also intends to find the relations Between their ideas And their actions.From this study we find that the three teacher act differently in their teaching,since they hold different ideas for the micro courses.
