With the development of information technology, education in various disciplines have infiltrated the use of multimedia resources. Flipped classroom and Khan Academy’s successful experience makes micro curriculum developed. At present, the study of micro education courses are given a great deal of enthusiasm in educational circle, but relatively speaking, theoretical research is much more than practice study, and the definition of micro-courses is also not clear. Mathematics has always played an important role in education and teaching, and thus develop students’ interest in learning mathematics and mathematical literacy has become an important part of mathematics curriculum standard under the information age, which also raises a great requirement for math teachers. This paper will link micro curriculum to mathematics to explore the micro courses’ cases in number and algebra, space and shape, probability and statistics, which are the three major areas of junior high school mathematics, and has analyzed and implemented the application of effects in actual teaching, expecting micro courses could combine with the mathematics curriculum and cultivate the ability of students to learn mathematics.Micro courses with the feature of dapper and other advantages have emerged in response to the era of informatization and online education, so the application of Micro courses in junior high school mathematics has a certain positive significance. Mathematics curriculum design of junior high school is based on standard of mathematics curriculum, and analyses the mathematics of junior high school on that basis, and has summed up the principles in the design of micro junior high school mathematics curriculum at follow and build a micro curriculum design patterns for junior high school mathematics. Presenting the mathematics’ design patterns of junior high school, this study has some reference significance for frontline teachers.In order to verify the feasibility and scientificalness of Micro courses in junior mathematics’ application, I selected two classes of eighth-grade students of a junior high school as samples for micro-utility studies on junior high school mathematics curriculum. After the case design of the three major areas--- number and algebra, space and graphics, probability and statistics of junior high school mathematics,I carried out micro-teaching in experimental class, and chose another class as the control classes to conduct traditional teaching, then carried a post-test students’ knowledge level through experimental class and the control class. After the test, I do a questionnaire about micro-utility in teaching in order to know about the students’ interest in micro-teaching and its impact on learning outcomes, as well as interview the frontline math teachers. Through experiments and surveys, I grasp the feasibility of the design and development of micro courses in junior high school mathematics, and provide a reference for other disciplines and courses in micro-teaching.The main work of this study are as follows:1.The explanation of Micro programs: The research of Micro course is not mature. In the basic research and careful analysis of the development of micro-programs, this article summarized the meaning and characteristics of the micro courses, and distinguished micro and micro-video courses, micro lesson and other related concepts. On the basis of theoretical idea, the post-test of students’ knowledge level, questionnaires, interviews with teachers, the study demonstrated the micro courses’ necessity and value in discipline teaching.2.The design and application of micro-courses: On the basis of mathematics curriculum standards and subject characteristics,the case aims at the three major areas of mathematics of junior high school is designed and the applied, and through examples to feedback, revise and improve and fine the design process again.3.The paper’s final summarizes, the limitations and shortcomings of the research results, as well as the prospects for further application of micro courses in discipline teaching.
