High-tech era of rapid development of information technology in the field of education is shown great vitality and continue to bring new changes to education.Micro courses idea and design,Flipped classroom,MOOC,etc.development of micro courses teaching mode and its application have become a hot topic in the field of education.Various trends are the prospects for the development of teaching micro courses and is injected fresh blood.After consulting a large number of relevant documents,currently referring to food chemistry and health micro courses teaching mode,which is integrated into the high school chemistry classroom teaching case studies are few.Most of the studies are described in chemistry teaching problems on the status of food safety education on the basis of traditional classroom teaching mode.In addition, many ordinary full-time junior high school neglect the knowledge of food chemistry and health,regardless of the students’ interest in learning chemistry and chemical literacy,which makes this part of students learning the chemistry basics very passive.In this study,version including Shandong Education Press,People’s Education Press,Jiangsu Education Press in elective high school chemistry textbook ‘Chemistry and Life’--- the theme of ‘Chemistry and Health’ in the ‘food,clothing,shelter,transportation,use’,‘food’ module which is one of them as an example,systematically summarizing the difficult key points of materials from the Chemical literacy perspective related to life. Planning from design and development of micro-chemistry courses resources to start,by various forms of animation or video technical means,depending on the topic ‘Food Chemistry and Health’,was designed and applied to micro-topic courses in high school chemistry classroom teaching practice.In the micro courses design,contextualize the lack of vitality and organization in advance of knowledge on book,vivid abstract structure of matter model and problematize the task of scientific inquiry and experimental learning process.Finally,by method of questionnaires and interviews,evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of micro courses teaching of food safety and health education in order to obtain the feedback of classroom teaching,also revise and perfect micro courses contents.This paper is finished by the collection of school teachers,students,parents and other relevant personnel.On the one hand,generally by the relatively successful‘Food Chemistry and Health’ thematic micro courses development and implementation,give full play to the advantages of teaching discipline which is owned by food health education,made by chemistry teaching and enable students in a relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere to study by themselves in order to cultivate the students’ ability to construct autonomous and cooperative learning spirit to gain more knowledge and greater development,and strive to enable students to be able to link the chemical with life,make full use of modern information technology-based,to carry out scientific exploration activities.It is a useful chemical teaching practice and try to improve students’ abilities.On the other hand,I believe that development and design of chemical micro courses resources not only is the task of experts and certain teachers,but to be absorbed into the whole chemistry teachers and related personnel.From the reality of social life point of view,develop chemistry micro courses resources in life creatively,so that the chemical courses can be closer to life and reality.Finally,I hope that through discussion and analysis of this paper to provide a direction for the reform of high school chemistry classroom education information environment.I hope to provide chemical educators who carrying out the micro-chemistry courses or flipped classroom teaching in the classroom with an idea.I hope to provide cases and reference for the design and application of micro-chemistry courses in order to make micro-chemistry courses teaching more progressive and more perfect.
