The emotional display rules guide individuals to express their emotions expected by the society or the organization in specific situations.The internalized emotional display rules affect the way of class management and the emotional display modes of the head teacher.It is the reference for the head teacher when they make emotional expression or emotional labor.This research adopts case study method,selecting outstanding primary school's head teacher Y as the research object.First Through observation interview and material object describe the emotional expression in class activity management,class regulation formulation and implementation,class teaching management and class culture construction to present the specific situation of the emotional expression.Then based on the two basic emotional dimensions:positive emotion and negative emotion,the study summarizes the expression display rules of positive emotion in class management:natural expression is the fundamental principle,weaken and disguise some positive emotions according to the situation,direct expression by conversation supplemented with material incentive,indirect expression by Written language supplemented with emoticons,exaggerated expression by enrich tone structure with various expressions.The expression display rules of negative emotions are as follows:based on the moral and legal principles of the decorative language expression,verbal warning supplemented with facial action to remind,green criticism on the basis of teacher-student empathy,treating the dilemma that causes high intensity negative emotion rationally,reproducing the situation and talking about the emotional experience truthfully to students,meanwhile both of them analyse the situation,preventing "emotional" output of negative emotions.The next is an analysis of the factors which may influence the formationof emotional display rules of outstanding primary school's head teacher Y in class management.From individual personal internal factors and external social and cultural factors,internal factors including personality and temperament types,its image positioning and value choice.The external social and cultural factors include the initial socialization of emotional display rules when the teachers study in school and becoming mature when they work in school as a head teacher.The factors that promote the initial socialization of emotional display rules mainly include the professional ethics of teachers and the relevant laws.The factors that influence the head teacher's emotional display rules when they work in the school include office culture,on-the-job training,the information exchange and the accumulated direct experience.At last in order to help the head teacher in primary school to perfect their emotioal display rules,the study raises some reasonable proposals from two aspect:the head teacher should establish self-confidence,expresse motions objectively,constantly summarize experience in the process of educational reflection,and consciously use the strategy of emotional display rules in class management,balance their mentality and find hobbies to adjust their emotions.On the other hand,the school organization should pay attention to the emotional state of the head teacher and often organize excellent "peers" to lead them study.
