| The research of sports on the shape and function of the heart has always been an eternal hot spot,in which the athletes' heart is characterized by high efficiency, high heart rate reserve, high output and large heart capacity.Of course, the research on the influence of sports on the heart function has been an enduring topic.Sanda,as a traditional martial art form of the Chinese nation, has experienced more than 40 years of development, and has developed into an Olympic competition.Sanda has a strong sports intensity, with speed quality and strength quality as the main factor and endurance quality as well. The movements are combined with fist, leg and wrestling. There is no fixed routine, and the movement structure is changing rapidly. Therefore,Sanda has a great impact on the whole body All parts of each system can be effectively exercised, and at the same time, they can also defend themselves against enemies, release pressure, exercise will quality function,so more and more people are chasing and loving them. However,at present, the specific impact of Sanda on the heart function of trainers is rarely reported,so it is still of great significance to further explore the effect of Sanda on the human heart. In this study, using the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis,40 college students of Shandong Institute of physical education were randomly selected,20 of them were divided into experimental group and 20 control group. The experimental group was trained in Sanda for 16 weeks, and the control group was conducted according to the normal curriculum plan of college students without any intervention. Before the intervention and after the intervention, the experimental group and the control group were tested with ECG to verify the influence of Sanda training on the heart shape and function of the athletes. After 16 weeks of Sanda training, the results showed that the indexes of left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV),end diastolic left ventricular diameter(lvidd),end diastolic interventricular septal thickness(ivstd),end diastolic interventricular septal thickness(ivsts)increased, and end systolic volume(ESV)decreased, indicating that the volume and diameter of the heart increased;the left ventricle The increase of left ventricular end diastolic wall diameter(lvpwtd),left ventricular mass at the end of diastole(LV mass),left ventricular mass at the end of systole(LV mass),left ventricular mass index at the end of diastole(LV mass index),left ventricular mass index at the end of diastole(LV mass index)indicates the increase of myocardial fiber and myocardial mass.In addition to the decrease of ESV in the control group, there was no other change of cardiac morphology index. In terms of cardiac function index, the heart rate(HR)decreased in the experimental group after exercise;the basic dimensions of output per minute(CO)and cardiac index(CI)remained unchanged;output per stroke(SV),output per stroke index(SI),ejection fraction(EF)and reduction It is proved that Sanda training can enhance the hypertrophy of cardiac myofibrils, the myocardial contractility, the cardiac pump function, and the expansion of heart cavity. It is suggested that physical education departments in Colleges and universities should offer more Wushu Sanda courses when conditions permit.College students majoring in general and physical education can take Wushu Sanda courses for training when conditions permit. In this way, they can not only master a professional sports skill, but also improve heart contraction ability, improve heart function, enhance heart rate reserve ability, and strengthen heart and lung Endurance: the leaders of physical education departments in Colleges and universities should pay attention to the importance of Sanda in ideology, increase capital investment for the basic implementation of Sanda, introduce high-level Sanda teachers, promote the further development and promotion of Sanda in Colleges and universities,so that more college students can benefit from the good effect of Sanda on the heart shape and function of college students. |
