In the current era of globalization and information nation,not only do all citizens need basic scientific literacy,but also higher requirements for the scientific literacy of the entire population are required to cope with the rapid development and change.Because the level of national scientific literacy determines the future of a country and nation.To this end many countries or regions have formulated education policies,carried out scientific education,and improved scientific literacy.Modeling teaching can promote the cultivation of elementary science literacy in primary schools.Elementary students are in the basic learning stage and have just begun to touch some scientific concepts.Based on this,this study uses Scratch software to build a modeling teaching model and conduct modeling teaching experiments to improve students' scientific literacy.In this paper,after reviewing the relevant literature on modeling teaching and the current status of Scratch teaching,it is found that most researchers exist on teaching modeling knowledge and teaching Scratch knowledge and using Scratch modeling tools to model teaching theory.And less practical research this thesis effectively combines Scratch software with modeling teaching,constructs a modeling teaching mode based on Scratch,and tests the corresponding effects.For the construction of Scratch primary school scientific modeling teaching mode,through the analysis of the theoretical foundation of modeling teaching,combing the modeling teaching mode,grasping the principles of modeling teaching,dividing the basic modeling teaching process and putting forward the corresponding according to the modeling teaching Unfolding teaching strategies.The validity of the real model was checked by using the comparative experimental method.Two teaching experiments were conducted for three parallel classes using the teaching methods of modeling teaching mode,inquiry teaching mode and traditional teaching mode.Test the effects and differences in modeling teaching mode and the other two modes on students' academic performance,teaching mode satisfaction,and scientific curriculum attitudes,thereby verifying the application effect of Scratch-based modeling teaching mode.Through experimental research,researchers have reached the following conclusions.First,the modeling teaching mode is higher than the inquiry teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in terms of academic performance;second,the satisfaction with the modeling teaching mode is higher than the inquiry teaching mode is higher than the traditional teaching mode;There is no significant difference between the three,but the modeling teaching mode is still higher than the inquiry teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode.After two experimental studies,it was found that the modeling teaching mode is practical and efficient in terms of academic performance,learning mode satisfaction,and course learning attitude.
