With the rise of web2.0 and other technologies,online learning has gradually become an important way for teachers' professional development.However,the past teacher training network platforms and other issues are difficult to meet the needs of different primary and secondary school teachers.The emergence of a personal learning environment with learners as the main body has provided the possibility for autonomous and lifelong learning for primary and secondary school teachers.Education and teaching in the information age are constantly developing and changing,and the teaching problems faced by teachers in primary and secondary schools are gradually becoming more complex and changeable.This requires changes in the way of thinking of teachers in primary and secondary schools.Design thinking is gradually applied in the field of education,and teachers' design thinking came into being.This research strives to design and construct the personal learning environment of primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of developing teacher design thinking,which has practical significance for guiding primary and secondary school teachers to create personal learning environments and develop teacher design thinking.In this study,through collating and analyzing the relevant literature of personal learning environment and design thinking,the influencing factors of teacher design thinking and the feasibility of constructing a personal learning environment for primary and secondary school teachers for design thinking development are obtained.Then conduct a survey on the status and needs of primary and secondary school teachers from three aspects of web2.0 tools,resources and activities;and from the perspective of developing teacher design thinking,analyzes the design principles and design strategies of individual learning environments for primary and secondary school teachers,and combines the above surveys from tools,resources,Activities and the community designed the personal learning environment for primary and secondary school teachers.Finally,we built a personal learning environment through the WeChat platform to achieve the above design,and selected some primary and secondary school teachers to help them build a personal learning environment and use questionnaires and interviews.The method evaluates the constructed personal learning environment and verifies its effectiveness.
