Personal Learning Environment Research Based On Knowledge Management

With the development of Internet in the education, web study or online study becomesthe important way for teachers and students. Web learning environment is the main place forstudy or teaching of the students or teachers. But most of the web learning environment iscontrolled by the teachers or facilitators. The free of the students is limited. With the deepresearch of web learning environment, personal learning environment is showed. It is moreconcerned about students'status. But its research is at the initial stage. Its theoryand practiceisnotmature.Fromthepointofknowledgemanagement,thisresearchgoes intohowtodirectgraduate students to create personal learning environment. Its aim is to improve the studyabilityofgraduatestudents.Firstly, the research takes the questionnaire method to survey graduate students'ideas ofweb learning environments and personal learning environment, then analyses its reason.Secondly, the research describes and analyses the theory of knowledge management and itsguidance for personal learning environment. Its aim is to summarize the theory and strategyof helping students to create personal learning environment. This can help them to use webenvironment to manage knowledge. The ultimate goal of that is improving students'learningability. Finally, the practice of this research is to perform follow-up about the information ofpersonal learning environment according to the proposed strategy, hoping to get recognitionofthestrategy.
