With the development of social,the demand for educational technology's master ischanging and the web learning environment is becoming better and better.This paper tryto find the useful way of improving the master's ability.Based on that,this paperconducted the study which is about the master's Personal Learning Environment (PLE),which is about how to learn,how to support the learning,how to develop the master'sability and summarize a model that is about the construction of the PLE.Base on the analysis of the document,this paper brings forward some ways whichare about how to learn and summarizes ability that the Educational Technology'smasters must have,this ability is higher level ability.There exist correspondence betweenthe PLE and the ways of learning,the higher level ability.Based on this correspondence,this PLE have four parts,which are communicational space,searching informationspace,common space and the knowledge management space, this four spaces have nostrictly limits,because some softwares have some functions.According to the analysis,Icreatively put forward a model about the PLE,which can speed the PLE's development.Ihope this model can enhance the Educational Technology master's ability.This paper has five chapters,The first describes the research background,thecontent,the significance and the methods.The second is about the definitions ,the theoryand the present situation of the web learning environment and the personal learningenvironment.The third is mainly the ability that the educational technology's mastershould have,which is through by analysing the discipline,the training objectives and thesocial needs.The fourth describes the ways to learn,how to heighten higher levelability,and through analyse the social software.Finally,summary the construct elementsof the personal learning environment.The fifth describes the principles and the ways ofconstructing the PLE,and proposes the model of the personal learning environment. Thefinal chapter describes the conclusion and notes the further effort in the direction.
