| The "International Charter of Geography Education" is the guide for the development of geography education,and it is also an important reference basis for the compilation and revision of geography curriculum standards in various countries;"General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" is based on the actual status of geography education in China and proposes the current geography of the country.The basic concepts and objectives of the course,the formulation of the course content,and suggestions for how to better carry out geography teaching,examination evaluation and proposition,and the compilation of geography textbooks.This article studies the responsiveness of China's "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" to the "International Charter of Geography Education",and analyzes the reasons for the difference in responsiveness,in order to discover the advantages and disadvantages of China's geography education and clarify the purpose of future geography education,Characteristics and the guiding significance of the "International Charter of Geography Education" on the reform of geography teaching in China.This article uses qualitative analysis to first extract the core content of each part of the "International Charter of Geography Education" and "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards",and deeply understand the connotation of the two through the literature method and their own knowledge and experience;then through comparative research The method obtains the overall responsiveness of each module of China's "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" to the "International Charter of Geography Education." The study found:The "Basic Concept" and "Curriculum Objectives" of the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" in our country are highly and directly responsive to the "International Charter of Geography Education";"Teaching Tips and Academic Requirements","" "Study quality" and "implementation recommendations" are highly and indirectly responsive to the "International Charter for Geography Education";"Content Requirements" in "Course Contents" are less responsive to the "International Charter for Geography Education" and the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" As a whole,the relevant contents of "international cooperation" advocated by the "International Charter of Geography Education" and the work requirements put forward by "education policy makers" are not presented.Based on the results of the research on the responsiveness of the Geography Curriculum Standard for General High Schools to the International Charter of Geography Education,first of all,the author conducts attribution analysis on the high-response and low-response parts: on the one hand,the high-response part conforms to the international development trend This is due to the rapid economic development of our country since the founding of the country and the active curriculum reform,which has continually improved the level of geography education in China and basically met the requirements of the International Charter of Geography Education in certain fields of geography teaching;The differences between the recipients of the Curriculum Standards and the International Charter of Geography Education,the different scope of guidance,the generality,the geographical teaching content are regional,and the talent training specifications are socially restrictive..Moreover,through research,it is found that the International Charter of Geography Education has a strong guiding significance for the geography teaching work in China's high schools,and it can well enlighten the further development of geography education in China: in practical teaching,by strengthening international cooperation and improving geography The status of disciplines in the education of the country,improving the research ability and teaching level of geography teachers,paying attention to the cultivation of students' core qualities of geography,etc.,implement the ideas of the International Charter of Geography Education. |
