With the deepening of national curriculum reform,the concept of Key Competencies came into being.Biology Curriculum Standard of General High School(2017)clearly put forward the Key Competencies of biology.Classroom teaching is an important way to implement core literacy training.It is quite essential to take the core literacy as the guide to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and keep high alignment of “Teaching”,“Learning” and “Assessment”.This paper takes “Key Competencies of biology” as the starting point,and focuses on the alignment of biological classroom teaching in high school.First of all,this paper summarizes the definition,connotation and current research at home and abroad of “Teaching-Learning-Assessment” alignment through literature research.Then,taking a high school in Jiangxi Province as an example,the present situation of“Teaching-Learning-Assessment” in biological classroom was investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results show that the alignment of“Teaching-Learning-Assessment” is not optimistic.There are some problems:(1)The level of “Key Competencies” for most students do not reach the expectation;(2)Teachers do not have sufficient core literacy and evaluation ability;(3)The process of “Teaching” and “Learning” is easy to deviate from the teaching goal.Based on these problems,the corresponding strategies are put forward:(1)Strengthening the goal consciousness to realize the alignment of “Teaching” and “Assessment”;(2)Skillfully setting up evaluation activities to realize “Learning” and “Assessment”alignment;(3)Making good use of evaluation to achieve “Teaching” and “Learning”alignment.Finally,two classes at the same level in the first grade are selected for practice teaching with specific cases.The results show that “Teaching-Learning-Assessment” alignment can effectively improve students’ academic achievement and Key Competencies;consistency teaching has different influence on different dimensions of literacy,which can significantly improve three dimensions of literacy in the short term: scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility,but it has no significant effect on concept of life.
