The research on teachers' behavior should not only be focused on the aspect of course standard to discuss its character of should but also be developed about its character of need based on present conditions of teachers' teaching, which could provide a basis for teachers to reflect and adjust their own teaching behavior under the New Curriculum Reform. Besides, it can provide facts and theoretical presupposition for the character of should, provide experiences for related departments to set up new policies and for different organizations to cultivate teachers, so as to promote professional development of mathematical teachers in senior schools.This study mainly employs qualitative research, warmly welcomed in the search of education science. The author chooses K High School of Jinhua as the scene of this research , adopts 8 classes in grade one and two taught by four study objects, and begins in September 2007. Class observation and interview are the two ways to gather information, while material collection and subject distillation are turned from familiar to unfamiliar, are broken up from the whole into parts, were induced and summarized. In this course , my visual angle of observation and analysis are mainly focused on these five aspect: creation of teaching setting, choice of class teaching styles, application of information technology, infiltration of mathematical culture, assessment of learning in the class.The result shows that teachers still have some disadvantages in the situational creation and the application of information technology, though they have paid much attention to and tried to explore them actively in their teaching. However, the use of new teaching styles is tend to be ignored, for the other three teachers are still accustomed to using traditional teaching styles, expect one green teacher who attempts to employ it. Besides, they also hold a negative attitude towards new learning styles, such as cooperative learning, inquiry learning. On the other hand, although attention has been focused on cultural knowledge of mathematics, teachers are still confused about what is cultural knowledge of mathematics, why we need to infiltrate mathematical culture and how. Therefore, the infiltration of it is far from optimistic. Less emphasis has been given to class assessment, while the backward teaching conception, lack of assessment knowledge and ability are still the main problems of mathematical teaching assessment at present.Through deep interviews with teachers, discussion and analysis, as far as I am concerned, teachers' own qualities, such as teachers' view about students, teaching experience, cognition of New Curriculum Standard and new teaching materials, their comprehensive qualities indeed make a great difference to their classroom teaching behavior. Besides, the way the school assesses teachers, all kinds of students' examinations, overdue of teachers' work, how the teaching materials go with students' exercise books, theses external factor also have some effect on it.On the basis of my cognition towards these problems and analysis on the factors, I suggest that the teachers should hold a positive attitude towards the curriculum reform; should change their teaching concepts on mathematics; should carefully study the curriculum standard and teaching materials to set up correct teaching aims; should often reflect their teaching practice to well realize their planned aims; should be willing to cooperate and communicate with students to benefit teachers as well as students; and the schools should reform the system of teacher assessment to lead teachers to transforming and innovating their teaching models; should adjust the sequential and content of some courses to alleviate the contradiction of too much content but too few periods; should improve the teaching resources as soon as possible to match the new teaching materials; should pay much attention to enforce the efficiency of teacher cultivation to better teachers' own comprehensive qualities.
