As an important part of middle school,the service level of middle school logistics influences the quality of running a school to some extent.Middle School logistics not only serves the teachers and students as its important function,but also has the management function.With the improvement of middle school level,the logistics of middle school also needs to improve its service quality and management level to keep up with the development of middle school education.The management performance evaluation can effectively promote the management level of the Logistics Department.At present,the performance evaluation of logistics management,as a way of performance evaluation of Logistics Department,is widely used in hospitals,universities and other institutions,but the research of middle school level is less,and has not formed a unified and perfect evaluation system.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to establish the management performance evaluation system for the logistics of Middle School.This paper takes the Logistics Department of A middle school as the research object.In the process of the socialization of Logistics Management of this school,while achieving certain achievements in performance evaluation,it also encounters bottlenecks,and the problems in the development of logistics,in particular,secondary schools that performance evaluation in the country within the scope of a certain typical and representative.Firstly,this paper reviews the research on the performance evaluation of school logistics management at home and abroad,and analyzes the related theories of performance evaluation.Secondly,through interview and questionnaire survey,we can know the actual situation of LogisticsDepartment of A middle school,and analyzed the problems existing in the performance evaluation of logistics management in A Middle School.After in-depth understanding of the logistics of A Middle School,according to its characteristics,using the balanced scorecard method(BSC)to build A middle school logistics management performance evaluation index system.Finally,based on the newly established performance evaluation system,this paper makes an empirical study on logistics management of A middle school.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of logistics management performance evaluation index of A middle school is good,but needs to be improved,and the customer angle score is the highest among the four dimensions of BSC,followed by the financial angle.Internal process perspective,learning and growth perspective scored lower.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of logistics management in A middle school.
