As the front-line organizer,implementers and instructors of college student management,counselors shoulder the heavy responsibility of ideological and political education of students,undertake the daily management of students,and are also the spiritual mentors and bosom friends who accompany students' growth.The quality of counselors themselves has an important impact on students.In the second half of 2006,the ministry of education promulgated the "regulations on the construction of counselors' teams in ordinary colleges and universities",which clearly put forward that "colleges and universities should formulate specific measures for the assessment of counselors' work and improve the assessment system of counselors' teams".Since the issuance,although the various colleges and universities have fully realized the role of performance appraisal is indispensable,but still have a lot of private colleges,such as the author of xi 'an university of finance and the relevant college,in the performance evaluation of counselor,some problems such as the scientific,reasonable,can't play to the performance appraisal should play a role of incentive,even to a certain extent,hit the enthusiasm of counselor work.In order to better play to the performance evaluation of counselor work positive incentive effect,to improve the enthusiasm of the relevant college counselors are the target of xi 'an university of finance and economics,the author himself in xi 'an university of finance and economics institute of the relevant practical work situation,the human resource management,performance evaluation and other related knowledge as the theoretical basis,using the questionnaire survey,the xi 'an university of finance and economics institute of the relevant existing explore the way of counselor performance appraisal;Use the balanced scorecard method to determine the related indicators of performance appraisal;The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of various performance indicators to the total performance assessment indicators.Therefore,the performance appraisal of counselors in xingzhi college can be improved scientifically and effectively,and the construction of high-level and high-quality counselor team can be accelerated.
