As the state and society attach great importance to the cultivation of undergraduates' ability, undergraduates' self-regulated learning ability as a basic ability has become the focus of current social and acadeomic circles. The self-regulated learning, ability of undargraduates is not only related to individuals, but also affected by the surrounding ecosystem. Therefore, this study uses the ecosystem perspective to study the status and influencing factors of undergradnates' self-regnlated learning ability, conducts a feasibility analysis on the cultivation of undergraduates'self-regulated learning, ability from the perspective of social work, and proposes specific paths for intervention.Through investigation and analysts, this study yields the following results:The current situation of undergraduates' self-regulated learning ability. From the perspective of meta-cognitive ability, undergraduates have basic planning, monitoring and adjustment capabilities, but some students have weaker ability to summarize and reflect. From the perspective of learning motivation, most undergraduates have confficting learning motivations. They want to learn knowledge that they are interested in but they are also afraid of challenges, tend to learn simple knowledge, and hope to gain recognition and reward from others. From the perspective of learning strategy, the learning strategies mastered by most undergraduates are still at a relaitively shallow level, and a set of learning strategies suitable for them has not been formed. From the perspective of willpower, some undergraduates cannot stick to the same goal for a long times, and they will retreat in the face of setbacks. The school, teacher and individual factors all have an impact on the self-regulated learning ability of undergraduates. From the perspective of school factors, the adequacy of self-regulate learning, places has a significant impact on undergaraduates' self-regulated learning ability. From the perspective of teacher factors, teachers' positive feedback, helping students to formulate leaming plans, imparting learning methods, and the proportion of their usual grades in total grades have a significant impact on undeiagraduates' self-regulated learning ability. From the perspective of individual factors,self-regulated learning time, participating in online corrses, going to the library to check materials, and pariciparing in class and after-class discussions have a significant impact on undergradinates' self-regulated learning ability.Based on the above analysis results, this study illustrates the feasibility of social work intervention in the cultivation of undargraduates' self-regulated lea ming ability from the goals, principles and methods of school social work. And from, three aspects of the school factors, teachers factors and undergaduates t hernselves, put forward specific ways to intervene in the cultivation of undargra duates' self-regulated learning ability.Firsts, optimize the self-regulated learning en vironmett for unndergraduates.Second, build a s self-regulated learning help system for undergraduates.Third, cultivate undergraduates' self-regulated learning habits.
