Cultivating high-quality teachers has become an important trend in the reform and development of teacher education,and also an inevitable goal of strengthening the construction of the teaching staff in the new era.Good theoretical literacy,as the cornerstone of teacher growth,is an important guarantee for their successful entry into the workplace and an indispensable prerequisite for promoting the professional development of teachers.Educational theory bears the important mission of improving the theoretical qualities of student teachers and promoting the continuous development of their majors.It can help student teachers form a firm educational belief,develop critical and reflective teaching thinking,and make professional teaching judgments.Paying attention to the role of educational theory in the process of teacher growth is the theoretical basis to help them adapt to the teacher's career quickly,and also the knowledge base to promote the professional development of teachers.This article takes student teachers who have completed the four-year academic task of the primary education major as the research object,explores their learning status of the educational theory,and on this basis,puts forward relevant strategies for optimizing the educational theory learning of the student teachers.First of all,this study combs the relevant literature on the relationship between educational theory and educational practice,educational theoretical knowledge,professional learning for student teachers and teacher education courses through literature analysis.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to further analyze the learning status of student teachers 'educational theory,and the mixed research methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative interview were used to analyze the importance,interest,mastery,and frequency of student teachers' emphasis on educational theory.And application capabilities.Next,through a semi-structured interview with 20 student teachers on the learning and application process of educational theory,focusing on discussing what they have achieved in terms of professional ethics and philosophy,professional knowledge and professional ability after four years of educational theory courses learning result.Finally,according to the content of the survey,the problems existing in the theoretical learning process of student teachers' education are analyzed,and the optimization strategy to further improve the learning effect is proposed.The study found that the educational status of student teachers' educational theories is generally better.The emphasis on education theory is high,but the interest in learning is insufficient.Mastering the theoretical knowledge of education is relatively solid,and it can also be used consciously in practical situations,but the ability of transformation is weak andneeds to be strengthened.This study believes that the factors that affect the effectiveness of student teachers' theoretical learning and application of education are the gender of student teachers,the duration of internships and internships,the ranking of academic performance,the reasons for applying for majors,the future career planning,and whether the majors studied are selected as "excellent teacher training programs " Items.At present,the theoretical learning of student teachers has the problems of insufficient motivation for self-learning,the confusion of learning confusion,the lack of flexibility in curriculum setting,the need to improve the teaching quality of college teacher educators,and the low effectiveness of educational practice.This study proposes that student teachers should correctly understand educational theories and strengthen the learning and application of educational theories;university teacher educators should improve their teaching literacy and better guide the professional growth of student teachers;universities should strengthen the attraction of student teachers Efforts,arrange effective educational practice activities,and implement effective pre-service teacher education reform by drawing on advanced overseas teacher education models.
