Educational Situation And Optimization Strategy Of Graduate Student In Curriculum And Teaching Theory (Tourism)

As tourist industry has gradually become the third largest industry,to cultivate specialized tourism education talents for all levels of universities by Chinese higher tourism education has become the focus of society.Therefore,taking the graduates students who major in Curriculum and Teaching Theory(Travel)in Liaoning as the research objects,we deeply study their training status and training issues in order to enrich tourism higher education theory,expand research approaches of tourism higher education,promote and provide reference for the training of tourism talents cultivation.And can realize the present talent supply and demand balance,meet the demands of every level in the process of tourism development and improve the quality of personnel training of tourism education.Taking Liaoning province as an example,we analyze the cultivation status of graduate students majoring in Curriculum and Teaching Theory(Travel)from The Bohai University,Liaoning Normal University,Shenyang Normal University.Results show that the liaoning three university students exist in the process of the graduate education in professional quality is not high,single teaching way,employment is an embarrassment and so on,and analyzes the cause of the problem,combined with education principle of "people-oriented" and the marxist theory of "comprehensive development",we put forward six optimizing suggestions for the cultivation of graduate students majoring in Curriculum and Teaching Theory(Travel)of these three universities including setting up scientific view of education,reforming enrollment system,optimizing curriculum system,reforming teaching methods,reconstructing teaching staff and enhancing employment strength.
