Research On The Problems Of Rules Consciousness And Corresponding Cultivation Countermeasures For College Students

Rules consciousness refers not only to the cognition and understanding of the rules by the actors,but also to what extent the actor is willing and able to abide by the rules.From the formation process of rules consciousness,it includes cognition and understanding of rules by actors,and their will,behaviors and habits to abide by the rules.The content of rules awareness of college students is closely related to their life,which can be divided into rules awareness of study life,rules awareness of political life,rules awareness of economic life,rules awareness of interpersonal communication,rules awareness of public life,and rules awareness of employment and entrepreneurship.It has become increasingly important to cultivate rules consciousness,with the development of economic globalization and the need of socialist rule of law in nation-building.Especially,to realize the Chinese dream,the cultivation of contemporary college students' rule consciousness is very critical,because they are the backbone of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,through investigation and research,the current college students' rules awareness can't meet the requirements of social development.Hence,it is urgent to cultivate the rule consciousness of college students.Herein,this paper,through the study on the problems of rules consciousness and corresponding cultivation countermeasures for contemporary college students,aims to optimize the cultivation countermeasures and make contributions to the moral cultivation in colleges and universities.The content of the paper is divided into following three parts:First part,the basic problem of cultivating current college students' rules consciousness.The rules consciousness studied in this paper is defined,and the boundary and content of college students' rules consciousness are elaborated.Inaddition,reasons why we should attach importance to the cultivation of college students' rules consciousness and the target requirements are put forward.The second part,analysis on the problems and causes of current college students' rules consciousness.Based on the definition of the above concepts,the dimension of the questionnaire survey is formed.According to the process of the formation of rules consciousness and the content of college students' rules consciousness,the questionnaire of current situation of college students' rules consciousness is determined.The results show that there are some problems in college students' rules awareness,such as lack of ability to use rules for practical reasoning,lack of initiative and self-discipline to abide by rules,and the disunity of knowing and doing to abide by rules,etc.These problems are caused by the influence of complex social environment,the imperfection of school rules education,and the characteristics of college students' own thoughts and behaviors,etc.The third part,the search of the main cultivation countermeasures for college students' rule consciousness.According to the problems existing in the rules consciousness of college students,the following five aspects are used to find solutions to the problems.(1)Adhere to the correct value orientation of cultivating college students' rules consciousness.(2)Excavate the contents of cultivating college students' rules consciousness.(3)Innovative methods for cultivating college students' rules consciousness.(4)Create the environment atmosphere for cultivating college students' rules consciousness.
