Higher vocational education is a special type of education,which is directly oriented to society and industry.It plays an important role in the social,economic,political and cultural development of our country.The state gradually attaches importance to the construction of multiple subjects of vocational education and encourages the common participation of multiple subjects of vocational education.In the class management of higher vocational colleges,the game among the managers,teachers,students and other stakeholders is becoming increasingly fierce,the interest demands are diversified,and the conflicts are intensified.What are the root causes of such conflicts? How to realize the common interests in class management? Through the study on the class management of students in a higher vocational college in Hebei Province,it is found that the main concepts of students and teachers in the class management of higher vocational college are backward,participation is unbalanced,and the participation interests of the main body of class management are uneven.From the perspective of common interests,it emphasizes the participation of stakeholders,and emphasizes that each subject should not only participate in the sharing of interests,but also bear the corresponding responsibility,so as to provide ideas for the discussion of class management in higher vocational colleges.With the help of the common interest perspective,this paper puts forward suggestions on the participation of class management subjects in class affairs,adheres to new principles,strengthens the understanding of both parties,develops new management methods,forms a good class relationship,and makes timely evaluation.In order to follow-up discussion of the main body of class management in Higher Vocational Colleges to participate in and cooperate,to achieve the orderly development of class management activities and lay a certain foundation.
