A Study On Parental Education Demands Of Parents Of Bai Children

Parental education is the kernel and guarantee of good family education.It is an important means to improve the quality of family education to pay attention to the needs of parental education and provide appropriate and targeted parental education support.Ethnic minority areas are restricted by information,resources,transportation and other external conditions as well as the influence of parents' own ideas and education level.Therefore,it is urgent to understand the needs of parents' parental education in ethnic areas and to provide parental education support.The pre-school period is the key period of early childhood education.The parental education of minority parents is of great significance to the healthy growth of children and the development of rural areas.Based on this,the author carried out a study on the needs of bai children's parents' parental education.Based on the existing research on the needs of children's parents' parental education,the author compiled a questionnaire on the needs of children's parents' parental education based on the results of interviews with bai children's parents and the Suggestions of experts.Questionnaire including parenting education content and form two parts,the content needs educated their children the knowledge and skills requirements,mental adjustment,communication and coordination and establish a good parent-child relationship four dimensions,form requirements including of training institutions,training personnel,time,frequency,duration of participation and implementation way of demand.After the questionnaire presurvey,the project analysis and reliability and validity test were carried out,and finally the formal questionnaire with good reliability and validity was formed.Subsequently,404 bai children's parents in C town,Y county,Dali bai autonomous prefecture,yunnan province were selected for a questionnaire survey,and 9 kindergarten teachers and 12 bai children's parents were selected for interviews with purpose sampling method,so as to have an in-depth understanding of the needs of bai children's parents for parental education.Study found that bai parents parenting education content overall average degree of demand,the demand for parenting knowledge and skills is strong,the demand for a good parentchild relationship,communication and coordination,but showed no demand for psychological adjustment aspect,characteristics of different groups of parents to the parental education content requirements of part dimension showed differences.Bai children's parents pay attention to the convenience of parenting education activities and training institutions,attach importance to the professionalism of training personnel,and have a flexible demand for implementation time.They tend to implement the activities once every three months,and expect the duration of the activities to be 1-2 hours.They tend to accept the implementation method of parenting education.Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey and interview results,the following Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of implementation content,implementation method,talent team construction,learning exchange platform and support system.The content of parental education should be adjusted according to the age of children,and the psychological adjustment needs of young parents and the educational knowledge and skills needs of grandparents should be emphasized.Second,to carry out flexible forms of parenting education activities.Carry out various forms of parent education combining online and offline,flexibly arrange the time,place and frequency of activities,and regularly carry out training of relevant knowledge of parent education for kindergarten teachers.Third,we should strengthen the professional team construction of parent education.The pre-service training of kindergarten teachers should be included in the relevant curriculum training of parent education,and professionals in the field of pre-school education should be actively introduced.Fourth,the establishment of the bai children's parental education exchange learning platform,improve the enthusiasm of parents.Give full play to the advantages of the Internet,build an online learning platform for bai children's parental education,and set up a "parents corner" and "parents library".Fifth,establish and improve the support system for parental education.We will give full play to the guiding role of the government in parental education and build a support system for parental education that centers on kindergartens and involves other institutions.
