| It is a key task of teacher education to form and improve the professional quality of physical education teaching and research staff,among which professional training is an important way to improve the professional quality of physical education teaching and research staff.Professional training,is refers to the organization,there are ways to analyze the physical education policies and guidelines,analyze and solve the school physical education curriculum implementation and a series of education teaching problems appeared in the process of sports teaching,in order to promote the professional development of the sports research staff for the purpose of a set of practical reflective research activities as one of professional development.However,with the deepening and development of PE curriculum reform,the professional ability and level of PE teaching and research staff do not match the actual development needs of PE curriculum,and there are many problems in the research of PE teaching and research staff to meet the practical needs of PE teaching and research staff and the effectiveness of research.The professional research and study is a systematic process,and the professional research and study of PE teaching and research staff is an important way to improve the teaching and teaching ability of PE teaching and research staff,to innovate teaching and research methods,to improve the teaching quality of PE teachers,to improve the quality of students’ physical education learning,and to promote the reform and development of PE curriculum.Therefore,the professional research of PE teaching and research staff is helpful to enhance the professional quality of PE teaching and research staff,to improve the education and teaching quality of PE teachers,and to promote the reform and development of PE curriculum.This study sorted out the existing literature related to physical education teaching and research staff,clarified the research basis and research problems,and took Ganzhou City of Jiangxi Province as an example to investigate the professional training of physical education teaching and research staff by using literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method.To understand the current physical education teaching and research staff professional research status and problems existing in the professional research.The paper is divided into six parts.First,the introduction describes the research background of the paper,makes clear the significance of the research,reviews the relevant literatures at home and abroad,and designs the research process of the paper.The first chapter discusses the theoretical basis and concept of PE teaching and research staff’s professional research oriented by discipline core quality.And establish the research and analysis framework;The second chapter investigates and studies the current situation of PE teaching and research staff’s professional research and studies,and analyzes the existing problems and causes in the professional research and studies.The third chapter expounds the importance and necessity of PE teaching and research staff’s professional training oriented by the discipline core quality.The fourth chapter constructs the professional research system of PE teaching and research staff oriented by discipline core quality.The fifth chapter,through the research and analysis,puts forward the external strategy and the endogenous strategy for the professional study of PE teaching and research staff oriented by the discipline core quality;Finally,four suggestions were put forward for PE teachers’ professional training under the guidance of discipline core literacy :(1)further clarify the structure of PE teachers’ professional literacy;(2)Attention should be paid to the practical problems of teaching and research and the actual needs of physical education teaching and research staff;(3)The professional training courses of PE teaching and research staff should adopt diversified evaluation methods;(4)Forming a professional study atmosphere of mutual learning,criticism and innovation.the professional research and training of physical education teaching and research staff should be in the process of professional research and training staff to effectively solve the practical problems in physical education teaching,physical education teaching and research staff can be more active,deep,substantive participation,and improve and optimize their own professional ability and level in the process of participation.It is clear that improving the professional training of physical education teaching and research staff is the inevitable requirement of the professional cultivation oriented by the core quality of physical education teaching and research staff,and it is also the necessary link of the reform and development of school physical education in China. |
