Secretary Xi Jinping stated in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: "Childhood and child-rearing,learning and teaching" require that all children be provided with fair educational opportunities,quality pre-school education and family education.Preschool physical education is one of the important parts of preschool education.Rural preschool education is relatively backward.The preschool physical education work is not ideal.How to improve the preschool physical education environment in rural areas has become an urgent problem.This paper uses field observation methods and interviews,starting from the research on the status quo of physical education of preschool children in rural Guiyang Town.This paper conducts research on the physical environment of preschool children in rural areas.The community is the starting point for the survey,and face-to-face interviews with guardians and headmasters of preschool children are conducted by entering the home,kindergarten and community sites.Focusing on comprehensive analysis of factors restricting physical education of preschool children and the status quo of physical education of preschool children,we will find out the problems of sports environment of preschool children in rural areas and take corresponding measures to provide sports development for preschool children in rural areas.For reference,the following conclusions are reached through research:1.The rural kindergartens in Guiyang Town are mainly private parks.The number of children in kindergartens does not meet the standard number of classes per class stipulated by the Education Bureau.It is more prominent in public parks.Light and noise are the main natural factors affecting the development of kindergarten sports.2.The allocation of teachers in each class in all kindergartens in rural Guiyang is based on the principle of "one education and one guarantee".In terms of academic qualifications,the main class teachers are mainly secondary and tertiary schools,and the conservation teachers are mainly secondary and junior high schools.The gender ratio of teachers is unbalanced,and the ratio of teachers to children is unreasonable,of which public parks reach 1:21.3.Regarding the activity site of Guiyang Rural Kindergarten,the per capita area of outdoor activity venues of only one public kindergarten reached 2.38m2,and the outdoor activity venues of other private kindergartens did not reach 2m2 per capita.Five(71.4%)kindergartens indicated that there were no relevant physical education materials in kindergartens.4.The content of sports activities in rural private kindergartens in Guiyang Town is mainly based on basic gymnastics,equipment activities and simple games,and the organization forms are mainly morning exercises,class exercises,outdoor activities,parent-child games,and hiking.Only 2(28.6%)kindergartens have physical fitness monitoring for young children.5.Parents have better support for children's participation in sports activities,less communication between parents and kindergartens,and less participation of parents themselves in sports activities,resulting in poor family sports for young children.Most of the family sports activities for children are mainly simple games and toys.6.Children's sports activities in the rural community of Guiyang Town are basically not carried out,mainly due to the lack of specialized sports guidance and management personnel,the number of community sports venues is small,and residents' voluntary organization is the main form of community sports activities.In order to improve the current situation of rural children's sports environment,the following suggestions are made: 1.Raise funds in multiple ways and increase economic investment.2.The education department has strengthened supervision over rural kindergartens.3.Introduce professional physical education teachers in rural kindergartens and strengthen the construction of teachers.4.Increase the promotion of children's sports and raise parents' awareness of sports.5.Adapt to local conditions and use the natural environment in the countryside to carry out various sports activities 6.Construct a preschool physical education system consisting of a trinity of kindergarten,family,and community.
