Protection To Preschool Children's Sports Right

The problem how to improve adolescents'fitness always arouses extensive concern and various aspects of thinking. But most researchers have not taken the sports system which for preschool children as their research objects.In order to find a fundamental way in which we can improve adolescents' fitness. This study investigates sports system for preschool children, trying to protect their sports rights and put forward some Suggestions.Through an empirical research method, the researcher analyzed the relevant laws and regulations, and interviewed managers from different relevant administrative levels, plus interviews 90 teachers,300 parents questionnaire survey who comes from six kindergarten of Shanghai, then combined with the observation results. The researcher analyzed the sports system which for preschool children from two aspects, which is the physical education for preschool children and their social sports life.Through the analysis, researcher found that the current system of sports can not completely satisfy the physical needs of preschool children. The lack of the operable documents; ignoring the importance to regulate the management; and the imperfections of organization, facilities, human resource are the main reasons. At the same time, the parents'urgent need and the increasing requirement of their kids also makes these problems more obvious.Finally, in order to help the concerned departments to improve existing condition. The researcher suggested that managers should raise their attention on the children sports, and education departments shall make the interpretation of a programmatic document in accordance with advanced experience, and then formulate feasible guidance documents. At the same time, they should optimize preschool education groups'employment structure. Then we should build social sports centers for the preschool children which based on their kindergarten.This research attempts construct a perfect sports system for the preschool children. And its conclusion has a certain practical significance which can solve the problems mentioned before.
