The rapid development of the Internet industry has led to the innovation of production and management methods.The workers in the Internet industry in contemporary China are mainly white collars,and the white collars' labor relations have undergone great changes compared with the traditional labor relations.This study mainly answers the question of how do white-collar workers produce in the Internet industry in contemporary China,and what are the characteristics of white-collar labor relations in the Internet industry?How does the Chinese government manage white-collar labor relations in the Internet industry? What are the causes of the dilemma of labor relations governance in the contemporary Chinese Internet industry?Starting from the theory of labor relations,this study uses qualitative research methods to analyze the characteristics of the production mode of the Internet industry and white-collar labor relations,and summarizes the mainstream labor relations faced by white-collar workers in the Internet industry from the investigation of the production process and production relations of the Internet industry.This paper systematically summarizes the labor relations management system of contemporary Chinese Internet industry from three aspects: macro,medium and micro.The dilemma are that the legislation of labor relations in contemporary China is difficult to adapt to the new organizational mode of the Internet industry,the collective consultation lags behind the new demands of white-collar workers in the Internet industry,the change of individual labor contract signing rate and the short-termization of labor relations have caused animpact on the governance of labor relations from the perspective of multiple co-governance.The main causes of the dilemma are the lack of targeted government intervention and the poor implementation of labor law.The participation of multiple subjects is limited,and the status of multiple subjects is not equal.The enterprise internal democratic consultation mechanism is not sound,the enterprise labor union function decentralization;The convergence of white-collar workers in the Internet industry is not enough,the imbalance of white-collar workers' power in the Internet industry,and the short-term labor relationship;The establishment and expression of social organizations are restricted.Based on the above conclusions,in order to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations,the government should improve governance measures,clarify the role of the leader,and establish a tripartite consultation mechanism of labor relations in the Internet industry.We will improve the democratic consultation mechanism for enterprises and the collective consultation mechanism for the Internet industry.We will encourage social forces to participate in the management of labor relations in the Internet industry,establish social organizations that represent the interests of white-collar workers,and use media and public opinion to strengthen the negotiating power of employees in the Internet industry. |
