The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Under the background of healthy China,people pay more and more attention to health and physical exercise.The desire for a better life can’t be separated from a healthy body.White-collar group is an important backbone of society.Due to the increasing pressure of tense work and life,white-collar people suffer from both physical and psychological fatigue,which makes white-collar group become the main sub-health group.By using the methods of literature research,experiment,interview,comparison and questionnaire survey,this paper explores the ways and means to improve the health of white-collar sub-healthy people through the research on health management of white-collar sub-healthy people in Guangzhou.Health management is the whole process of comprehensive monitoring,analysis,assessment,prediction,prevention and maintenance of health risk factors for healthy,sub-healthy and disease populations.On the basis of health information management,health guidance is carried out according to different characteristics of different groups to improve the quality of life.In this study,27 white-collar sub-health volunteers were administered for 20 weeks,including exercise intervention,dietary intervention and health education.Before and after the experiment,the physical indicators improved significantly,with significant differences.Volunteers ‘body weight,body fat,body mass index,grip strength and sitting flexion were improved.Before and after the experiment,the biochemical indicators of physical examination did not change significantly,which may be due to the shorter time.The conclusions are as follows:1.By carrying out health management,the volunteers can set up correct health concept and health consciousness,enhance health concept,and promote healthy lifestyle,such as healthy work and rest habits,healthy eating habits,etc.2.To help volunteers grasp and apply scientific methods of physical exercise,establish the idea of lifelong physical education,and improve their physical fitness through health management.3.By carrying out health management,the volunteers can form reasonable dietary habits,pay attention to nutritional collocation,and reduce the intake of high-fat food,so as to improve the sub-health status.4.In this health management,the body weight,body fat and body mass index of the volunteers who participated in the experiment were significantly improved,and the differences were significant.The vital capacity,grip strength,sitting forward flexion and biochemical indexes of the physical examination were not significantly changed,which may be the reason of the short experiment time. |
