The outline of a series of educational support policies for secondary vocational education in the Outline of National Medium-Term and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)promotes the development of secondary vocational education.The music major of the secondary vocational school belongs to the arts and culture category,with a professional code of 140800.Graduates can enter the colleges and universities through the counterpart entrance examination to continue their studies.The proposal of the counterpart education policy will broaden the development channels of music majors and increase the attractiveness of music major education.At the same time,it will increase the difficulty of music education for teachers."Education plan,teacher-oriented." Teacher's professional are the basic qualities necessary for engaging in education and teaching.Teacher's professional directly determines the quality of teacher's teaching skill.The training goal of the middle professional music major is to be a skilled talent engaged in vocal or instrumental performance,and the teacher's music professional plays a key role in music professional education.In order to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the teaching quality of music majors,the investigation and research on the music professional qualities of music major teachers in secondary vocational schools are urgently needed.This study mainly investigates the current status of music professional literacy of teachers of music majors in secondary vocational schools in Jiaozuo.The thesis is developed through the following four aspects: First,through combing the relevant literature and materials,combined with the characteristics of the music major of the secondary vocational school,construct the music professional structure of the music major teachers of the secondary vocational school.Second,according to the music professionalstructure design questionnaire and interview outline.In addition,45 teachers were randomly selected from the secondary vocational schools with music majors in Jiaozuo City to issue questionnaires,and 10 teachers were interviewed.Third,by analyzing and sorting out the data,I found the problems and causes of the music professional qualities of music teachers in secondary vocational schools in Jiaozuo.Fourth,give the following suggestions for the improvement of teachers'music professional,at the policy level,improve the secondary vocational education support policy,broaden the graduates' career and employment channels;establish the vocational music professional teacher evaluation standards to provide guidance for teachers' professional development;improve the teacher training system and improve teachers ' music professional qualities through multiple channels;at the teacher level,find their own shortcomings and improve their professional knowledge in a targeted manner;explore their potential and broaden their professional capabilities;Channels enhance the professional spirit of teachers and establish the professional ideals of outstanding music teachers.
