Geography teachers and students are the two most basic elements in geography teaching activities.The relationship between them directly affects the quality of geography teaching.Under the new college entrance examination model,the high school geography teaching environment has changed.In particular,it has put forward new requirements for the construction of a new teacher-student relationship,exploring the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship under the new environment,so that students have a stronger reality in learning geographic knowledge.significance.In order to study this problem,a practical survey was conducted on the current status of middle schools.The survey results showed that there are certain problems in the relationship between teachers and students in geography teaching under the new college entrance examination model,and based on this,relevant strategies were proposed.The article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.First,it introduces the background and significance of the research;secondly,it determines the research content,purpose,method and technical route of the thesis through the research on the current situation at home and abroad;finally,it expounds the necessity of the research and the relevant theoretical basis.The second part expounds the theoretical basis of the research fromMarx's theory of all-round development of humans,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Nell Nottings' caring education theory.The third part explains the five factors that affect the teacher-student relationship in high school geography teaching under the new college entrance examination model.Under the new college entrance examination model,the changes in the status of geography disciplines,the emphasis on career education,the implementation of the elective system and the shift system,and the requirements for improving comprehensive quality evaluation are important factors that affect the relationship between teachers and students in high school geography teaching.The fourth part is the survey of the current situation of teacher-student relationship in high school geography teaching under the new college entrance examination model.The survey mainly used the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,took some geography teachers and students in Changsha as the survey sample,obtained relevant data through practical survey,and started analysis.The fifth part summarizes the characteristics and problems of teacher-student relationship in high school geography teaching under the new college entrance examination model.At present,the characteristics of teacher-student relationship is still a distance from a good teacher-student relationship.In addition,teachers and students havedifferent expectations for establishing a good teacher-student relationship.Introverted students lack the enthusiasm for teacher-student interaction.The teacher-student relationship is mainly manifested in three aspects:teaching work,teacher-student psychology and teacher-student ethics.(1)Geography teachers neglected students' learning needs of career education knowledge,resulting in inconsistent pace of teaching work between teachers and students.(2)The workload of geography teachers becomes larger and ignores the physical and mental development of students,and the shift of class system hinders the communication between teachers and students,so that the psychological distance between teachers and students is getting farther away.(3)Students' inadequate understanding of the status of geography subjects and teachers' inadequate evaluation of students' comprehensive geography quality have challenged the ethical relationship between teachers and students.And attributable to problems from geography teachers,students,schools,families and society.The sixth part proposes strategies for constructing a good teacher-student relationship in high school geography teaching from five aspects: teachers,students,schools,families and society.Geography teachers must strengthen professional ethics;constantly improve their education and teaching level;pay attention to the training of geography team leaders;improve the comprehensive evaluation of geography quality.geography teachers.Schools,families and society must create a suitable external environment for the establishment of good teacher-student relationships.Schools can start with the construction of geography faculty and a platform for teacher-student interaction;families should cooperate with geography teacher education,and parents must establish a correct outlook on teachers and students for students,and always teach students to respect teachers;.The seventh part summarizes the basic conclusions of the paper,points out the deficiencies of the paper and the direction of further research. |
