In the Italian Reggio preschool education system,the interaction between teachers and children has such a figurative metaphor: "comparing teaching activities with teachers and children playing table tennis,teachers must catch the ball thrown by children and push it back to children in an appropriate way".The interaction between teachers and children is displayed in front of people with such a distinct image.Teachers and children are the main body of activities.In the process of activities,the two sides communicate,interact and exchange.Teachers' responses also come into being in the interaction between teachers and children.Teachers' response can not only make children get specific feedback,but also promote children to think further,improve children's thinking ability and speech expression ability.This study goes deep into kindergarten activities,through the study of teachers' response behavior in music activities,to understand the current situation of teachers' response behavior,to analyze the factors that affect teachers' response behavior,and to put forward relevant suggestions to improve teachers' response level.This research mainly uses the observation method,interview method and literature method to study the teacher's response behavior,mainly including five parts:The first part: introduction.This part mainly introduces the reason of choosing the topic,the definition of the concept,the literature review and the significance of the research.The second part: research and design.In this part,it mainly introduces the research purpose,research content,research objects,research methods and the design of observation tools.The third part: research results and analysis.After sorting out and analyzing the data,the author makes a concrete analysis of the teacher's response behavior from the aspects of the initiator,the object,the content,the way and the effect of the response,describes the current situation of the teacher's response behavior in Z kindergarten's music activities,compares and analyzes the teacher's response behavior in singing,rhythmic and music appreciation activities;The differences between the response behaviors of teachers in junior,middle and large classes and between novice and proficient teachers.The fourth part: discussion.This part mainly discusses the characteristics and influencing factors of teachers' response behavior in Z kindergarten music activities based on the previous research results.The fifth part: research conclusion,suggestion and reflection.Through the specific analysis and description of the current situation of the teacher's response behavior in the music activities of Z kindergarten,combined with the factors affecting the teacher's response behavior,this paper puts forward that we should set up the concept of education based on children,improve the teacher's response level,optimize the teacher's response strategy,improve the teacher's music literacy through various ways,reasonably adjust the kindergarten's teacher-child ratio,and reasonably arrange the time of various activities Etc. |
