The answer behavior of preschool teachers refers to the answer that preschool teachers can take appropriate methods to respond to children.In this study,the teacher’s answer behavior is asked by the teacher in the collective language activity first,and then the child expresses his own opinion.The teacher affirms,denies,repeats,corrects,questions others,induces,answers,answers,questions,raises new questions,prompts,compliments,encouragement or no response.After the author’s study of the literature and the field observation of the kindergarten,it is found that the number of teachers’ answer in the field of kindergarten is still less in the language activities.In view of the above background,this study took eight teachers from four kindergartens in Anshan as observation objects,and used observation,interview,literature and case study to understand the actual situation of kindergarten teachers’ response.Through teachers already mastered some of the rationale for skills,but also to take care of children’s emotional response.In particular,private kindergartens are more able to mobilize the positive emotions of young children.However,teachers still tend to guide children to say the correct answer.The rationale for answering a question is still floating on the surface and can not play an intrinsic role.In view of the above situation I made the following suggestions:1.change the concept of starting from the child’s answer;2.focus on language accumulation;3.emphasis on development of rational response and incentive rationale and answer;4.improve the ability to respond to a full lesson prepared to be good at using teaching tactics;5.accurate and concise language response;6.To improve the quality of the problem;7.Focus on children’s individual differences and emotional reactions. |
