This year marks the 20 th anniversary of China's signing of the convention on the rights of the child.Among the rights that children have,participation right is one of the most basic rights.Participation rights require children to enjoy the right to express and express their own opinions and obtain support.Therefore,children's participation evaluation is not only a requirement of participation right,but also an inevitable way to realize children's rights,while adults have the obligation to help clarify and learn to correctly exercise this right.However,there is a lack of research on children's right to participate in evaluation,and the public has little understanding of children's right to participate and even the right to participate in evaluation.Therefore,through in-depth observation of the four public demonstration parks,this study explores the current situation of children's lack of right to participate in evaluation,tries to analyze the reasons and reflects on the existing problems.This study will be divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the research origin,literature review,definition of relevant concepts,research significance and research methods.The second chapter expounds the present situation of children's right to participate in evaluation.According to the research observation,the current situation of children's lack of rights includes: the exercise of children's rights in the “front desk” and“background” life is controlled by teachers;Lack of right education in kindergartens;Lack of awareness of rights;Under the neglect of rights education and the “high control” of teachers,the exercise of children's right to participate in evaluation gradually loses their self and confidence.The third chapter analyzes the realistic influencing factors of the lack of children's right to participate in evaluation from the three aspects of children themselves,teachers and kindergarten managers.Among them,teachers have some mistakes,such as underestimating children's evaluation ability,insufficient understanding of evaluation subjects,insufficient understanding of the value of children's participation in evaluation,insufficient opportunities for children's evaluation,wrong guidance and blind confidence of teachers in their own guidance ability.In terms of kindergarten managers,there are some major problems such as “utilitarian” consideration of the value of children's participation evaluation and weak awareness of “right education”.Children's own factors include their weak sense of rights and weak evaluation ability.Chapter four discusses and reflects on teachers and managers.It is suggested that teachers should respect and affirm children's right to participate in evaluation.Kindergarten managers should attach importance to the education of children's rights,actively explore the ways and methods of participating in the evaluation with the characteristics of kindergarten,constantly infuse teachers with the latest knowledge and vitality,actively mobilize home cooperation,enrich children's evaluation experience,improve children's ability to participate in the evaluation,so as to effectively safeguard children's rights.
