| Evaluation ability is one of the necessary abilities for kindergarten teachers to be competent for education work.Regular evaluation of children’s development is the basis point for kindergarten teachers to carry out educational activities.With the attention of children’s learning quality in the field of preschool education worldwide,the theoretical research on the concept,connotation,evaluation and training of children’s learning quality continues to develop,which also affects the practice of early childhood education.Therefore,the researchers entered the J Park in Tianjin for field investigation and carried out the research on "kindergarten teachers ’evaluation ability based on children’s learning quality evaluation".The researchers sorted out and analyzed the relevant research on kindergarten teachers ’evaluation ability and children’s learning quality evaluation,and determined the observation framework of kindergarten teachers ’ability to evaluate children’s learning quality in this study,that is,the ability that kindergarten teachers should have to evaluate children’s learning quality,and conducted field observation.At the same time,the kindergarten teachers ’observation and evaluation records of children’s learning quality were analyzed,and some teachers were interviewed in unstructured ways.The research results show that teachers in Tianjin J Garden have a basic understanding of children’s learning quality evaluation,but have insufficient initiative in evaluation work;teachers have problems of inadequate observation preparation,insufficient normative observation and evaluation records,biased interpretation and evaluation of early childhood learning quality,and inadequate reflection and application of evaluation results.This study analyzes the causes of the problems from the two aspects of internal and external factors,and believes that kindergarten teachers ’learning quality evaluation ability is influenced by educational environment,kindergarten support level,kindergarten teachers’ professional identity and professional knowledge and skills of children’s learning quality evaluation.Therefore,this study puts forward suggestions to improve kindergarten teachers’ learning quality evaluation ability: on the one hand,kindergartens should provide teachers with support for their learning quality evaluation and create a good psychological environment;on the other hand,teachers themselves should constantly update their professional knowledge,create a supportive environment for their learning quality development,master their skills,division and cooperation,and promote the learning and development of each child. |
