Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Effective Organization Of Junior Middle School Physical Education In Yan'an City

In recent years,China's youth physical health test,physical education test is in full swing,the purpose is to strengthen the physical quality of youth through the above tests,to ensure the physical health of students in school.However,even if a series of tests and evaluations are carried out in an orderly manner,the physical health of young people in China is still in a declining trend year by year,including Yan'an City.There are many reasons and influencing factors and the development of school physical education and practical teaching effect play a crucial role in the influence of the physical fitness and health level of school youth.The practical effect of school physical education mainly lies in whether the effective organization of school physical education can be carried out reasonably and whether it has sufficient and necessary conditions.In view of this,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the sports burden of 10 junior middle schools in Yan'an City,including No.1 middle school,No.2 Middle School,No.1 middle school,No.3 middle school,NO.4 middle school,No.5 Middle School,Zaoyuan middle school,No.1 middle school and NO.4 middle school Taking the person in charge,physical education teachers and students as the research objects,this paper investigates the effective organization of junior high school physical education and the status of teachers in Yan 'an city,summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of effective organization of physical education in Yan'an City,and finds out the improvement strategies of effective organization of physical education.Combined with the actual situation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In order to achieve the diversified teaching objectives,the junior high schools in Yan'an City constantly optimize the curriculum system,and the content of physical education is relatively rich,mainly including track and field,ball games,martial arts,gymnastics and sports games,as well as Yangko,waist drum and other local folk traditional sports.2.The distribution of classroom time in the design of physical education teaching is more reasonable,but the time left for the end part is relatively less in the process of practical teaching,the teaching process is slightly delayed,and does not pay attention to relaxing and organizing activities.At the same time,no matter in teaching design or in classroom teaching practice,there are some differences in teaching content and course types in the time distribution of each teaching link,but the basic trend is reasonable.3.From the perspective of practice density,the pre-set practice density of the design link is higher than the actual arrangement in the process of practical teaching.No matter in the design of physical education teaching or in the practice of physical education class,there are obvious differences in project categories,curriculum contents,and the exercise density arranged by physical education teachers in physical education class are also different;the exercise density of review class is the largest,followed by comprehensive class,and the new teaching is the smallest.4.From the perspective of sports load,whether it is the design of physical education teaching or the practice of curriculum,the preparation and the end of the part are mainly small load,the basic part is mainly medium load,a few physical education teachers in the classroom practice teaching process of the basic part of a larger load of exercise intensity.There are obvious differences in the sports load of physical education classroom teaching.The sports load of track and field and aerobics courses is large,while that of martial arts and ball courses is small,and the sports load of each item is higher than the expected design.5.Generally speaking,the organization and management of junior middle school physical education in Yan'an City is quite effective and has achieved some teaching results.Physical education teachers are basically reasonable and can meet the needs of physical education teaching in various schools,but there is still a certain gap with the relevant national requirements and regulations,which is the main factor affecting the effective organization of physical education in Yan'an City.The teaching content can not strictly implement the requirements of the teaching syllabus,the lack of site facilities has a great impact on the effective organization of physical education in the region,and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and the strong learning motivation of students promote the effectiveness of the teaching organization to a certain extent.6.In order to improve the effectiveness of the organization and management of junior middle school physical education in Yan'an City,it is necessary to urge physical education teachers to establish correct teaching concepts,improve professional quality and teaching ability,build a good classroom teaching atmosphere,stimulate students' interest in learning,innovate classroom teaching,etc.,so as to achieve the expected results.It is suggested that schools should create a suitable classroom environment,effectively guarantee the development of physical education,and effectively organize physical education to make a reasonable plan;improve teachers' own quality and guide students with different teaching methods,so as to promote students' exercise and enhance students' physique;stimulate students' motivation strategies,guide students to actively participate in physical education,and improve students' participation,Physical education will be better carried out,and the effective organization of physical education will be further guaranteed.
