Research On Project Management System Of HXX School Enrollment

Since the Nineteenth National Congress,the state has advocated various forms of running schools and encouraged private capital to build colleges and universities.Private colleges and universities are facing enormous challenges in enrollment due to factors such as self-financing,decreasing number of students and expanding enrollment of public colleges and universities.At the same time,due to their limitations,private schools have problems such as the uneven distribution of enrollment resources,inconsistent team management,unclear progress,and non-standard cost control.In view of the problems existing in private schools,this paper takes the routine enrollment work as a special project,establishes the project-based management system of enrollment work in the light of HXX school's own situation,analyses the data of past students,formulates reasonable enrollment objectives,sets up an efficient organizational structure,standardizes management process,unifies the leadership of enrollment work,shares resources and establishes a clear system.Schedule a plan to ensure that the school enrollment work is carried out in an orderly manner.Through the construction of the project system,we can optimize resources and improve the quality of school enrollment.This paper is divided into four chapters.Firstly,it introduces the purpose and significance of the enrollment project,analyses the current research situation at home and abroad,and determines the structure and content of this paper based on the related research theory of project management.The second part introduces the basic situation of HXX school,analyses the enrollment situation of HXX school,finds out the shortcomings in the enrollment process,and lays a realistic foundation for the proposal of a project management system.The third part describes in detail the specific workflow and content of enrollment according to the four stages of project management: plan,implementation,control,and end.In the stage of project planning,the relevant stakeholders should be identified,the reasonable process should be worked out,the SMART method should be used to determine the school enrollment target,design the project schedule,propaganda methods,quality management plan,and cost plan,so that all the work of theproject can be carried out in accordance with the rules.In the project implementation and control stage,the three-time estimation method is used to measure the time of the planning stage,and the flow chart is used to control the project.At the end of the project,the project documents are summarized and sorted out,the project closing meeting is carried out,and the shortcomings in the project implementation are shared,to accumulate valuable experience for the follow-up project.The fourth part of the article supplements the project management system,puts forward detailed safeguard measures,and points out the areas worthy of improvement in the actual operation of the project,and optimizes the project.Effective implementation of a project-based management system in enrollment can improve enrollment efficiency,coordinate resources of various departments,ensure the smooth progress of the work,timely control the shortcomings of enrollment,and bring great benefits to HXX school enrollment.
