Research On Application Of Project Management In Online Education Enrollment

With the advent of information society,the formation of learning society and the coming of knowledge economy, more and more people set up the idea of lifelong learning. Online education is a new means of learning to adapt to learning society in the information age. Good education management is the basis to ensure the quality of online education. The new education means also needs a new management mode. As a relative mature theory and method of the system, the system of management process and method is widely used in various field and plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency. It is very necessary to introduce online education into project management thoughts, no matter it is from theory or practice.Meanwhile, online education enroll management process is similar to project management, and it is also necessary and feasible in the online education enrollment application of project management.From the five main stages Enrollment: Project Initiation, planning, implementation, control and end points for a detailed breakdown of the steps and enrollment programs. I'll take DH University as an example to illustrate the significance of online education enrollment project management. Then, this paper discusses the risk in the project online education enrollment, including the recognition of risk factors, establishing the DH university online education enrollment project risk assessment hierarchy model, data collection and use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate the risk of online education enrollment program, according to the results of evaluation, put forward the online education project risk control measures, etc.This article used the theory of project management,referred the project management process, and put forward some management methods of each stage,combined with online education enroll process the actual situation to conduct a comprehensive and dynamic management, thereby reducing the traditional enrollment difficult phenomenon to ensure the implementation and realization of the project objectives enrollment project education enrollment to provide a good experience and ideas.As the research results showed that the project management method of online education enrollment has a very efficient guidance during the co urse of improvement.
