With the further advancement of education management reform,the role of head teachers in China has been continuously enriched.This means that while the head teacher as the leader of the class organization has become increasingly common,paying attention to and attaching importance to the leadership of the head teacher has become an inevitable task.It is well known to educators that novice head teachers in primary schools are an important part of the team of primary school head teachers.They play a key role in the growth of primary school students.Therefore,improving the leadership of the novice class teacher in primary schools has become an important part of teacher construction.Attaching importance to the leadership development of the head teacher will not only help to realize the professionalization of the head teacher,but also improve the level of class management and thus improve the quality of school running.This study combines Professor Yang Sizhuo's "Six-dimensional Leadership Theory" and uses questionnaires and interviews as the main research tools.Starting from the six dimensions of the theory,this study investigates the leadership of the novice class teacher of H Elementary School in Jianggan District,Hangzhou.Data was analyzed by using SPSS23.0 software.Firstly,focus on practical issues.Through research,the author finds that the leadership of the novice class teacher in H elementary school needs to be improved,which is manifested by the persistence of learning ability,poor teaching output,insufficient self-confidence in decision-making,low level of execution ability,unsatisfactoryorganizational communication,and limited degree of inspiration And other issues.Secondly,analyze the influencing factors-the analysis is mainly carried out from three perspectives: the competent department,the school,and the novice class teacher himself.From the perspective of the competent department,there are problems of lack of attention and publicity,lack of relevant courses in teacher education,and no guidance for novice class teachers.From the perspective of schools,there are insufficient training,insufficient scientific evaluation,unclear responsibilities,and lack of exercise.The platform restricts the leadership of the novice class teacher.From the perspective of the novice class teacher,there is a problem of weak leadership consciousness,multiple pressures for multiple roles,lack of interpersonal communication ability,low self-requirement,and lack of educational constrained leadership development.Finally,suggestions for improvement are made.At the level of the competent department,it is necessary to formulate the policy of class teacher leadership development and encourage normal colleges to add relevant courses;At the school level,it is necessary to innovate the training mechanism,improve the evaluation system,arrange the workload reasonably,form a learning community,and play a supporting role for key teachers;At the level of the novice class teacher,it is necessary to rectify working attitudes,cultivate organizational awareness and leadership awareness,enrich professional knowledge,strengthen the reserve of organization and leadership capabilities,attach importance to student subjectivity,mobilize the enthusiasm of the class cadre group,integrate educational forces,strengthen home-school cooperation and peer exchanges,enhance personal charm,enhance personal charm,enhance the emotional cohesion of teachers and students,strengthen education beliefs and deepen reflection on the breadth of class management.The author hopes that the above-mentioned research on the H Elementary School in Jianggan District,Hangzhou,and the recommendations based on investigation and analysis can broaden the thinking of the research on the improvement of the leadership of novice class teachers in primary schools in China. |
