With the development of the Internet in recent years,bodybuilding,a sport combining strength and beauty,has developed rapidly.More people are beginning to realize the need to shape their bodies.Most fitness enthusiasts are exposed to fitness when they first enter the gym.The training method is the traditional five-differentiated bodybuilding training method,and this method is considered to require a certain training foundation and improve the details of the muscles.It is less efficient for novices who are just starting bodybuilding.The strength lifting method is more efficient for muscle mass growth.The main purpose of this study is to compare the effects of strength lifting training methods and bodybuilding training effects,and provide a theoretical research foundation for bodybuilding related training methods.In this paper,20 male bodybuilders with a training period of half a year to one year are divided into two groups,which use bodybuilding training methods and strength lifting training methods for 12 weeks of training,and test and analyze the training effects.The independent sample T test and the paired sample T test were used to track the changes of the muscle circumference,muscle strength and body shape indexes of the subjects before and after the experiment,and scientific analysis to evaluate the training effect of the two training methods.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in the indexes of muscle circumference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P> 0.05);the muscle strength indexes of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment According to the analysis,there was no significant difference in bench press,squat,deadlift(P> 0.05);analysis of body shape indicators showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P> 0.05).(2)By adopting bodybuilding training methods,the control group had significant differences in the four aspects of straight arm upper arm circumference,curved arm upper arm circumference,chest circumference and shoulder width before and after the experiment(p <0.05).Through the use of strength lifting training methods,the three groups of chest circumference,waist circumference and thigh circumference(p <0.05)were significantly different in the experimental group before and after the experiment(p <0.05);by using the bodybuilding training method,the control group performed bench press,deadlift The difference before and after the squat experiment was significant(p <0.05).By using the strength lifting training method,the experimental group had significant differences before and after the bench press,deadlift,and squat experiments(p <0.05);by using the bodybuilding training method,the control group 's upper arm rear fat,waist fat,body fat,and lean The weight,chest-to-waist difference,and shoulder-to-waist ratio were significantly different before and after the experiment(p <0.05).Through the use of strength training,the experimental group had significant differences before and after the experiment in terms of post-scapular fat,lean body mass,BMI,chest-to-waist difference,and shoulder-to-waist ratio(p <0.05).The results of the study showed that:(1)In the control group,the biceps and triceps,the deltoid muscles of the shoulder and the chest circumference were significantly effective in the muscle circumference index after training.The experimental group had significant effects on the pectoralis major muscles,core muscle groups,thigh biceps and quadriceps muscles.The effect of the experimental group on the growth of the pectoralis major is better than that of the control group.(2)The control group and the experimental group have significant improvements in squats,bench presses and deadlifts,while the experimental group's weight increase for squats,bench presses and deadlifts is obviously higher than that of bodybuilding training methods for squats,lying Push and deadlift weight increase.(3)In the body shape index of the control group after training,the amount of body fat reduction is more than that of the experimental group.For the change of shoulder-to-waist ratio,the change of the control group is significantly higher than that of the experimental group.The fat control group of the arm,waist and abdomen has a significant decrease,but the two parts of the experimental group have no obvious changes.The lean body weight test group,a more important indicator for junior bodybuilders,had a significant increase,while the control group had no significant change.
