Based on the theoretical study of school-based curriculum,this paper makes an investigation on the second year students of Dali Minority Middle School by using the methods of literature,investigation,experiment and action research,which established "Erhai wetland plant and animal and conservation" high school biology school-based curriculum,in order to cultivate students' core literacy.After the analysis of the internal and external environment and the learning needs of students,the curriculum objectives,the selection and organization of curriculum content,the design of teaching activities,and the design of teaching evaluation are formulated.Through consulting a large number of relevant literatures,this study analyzes and evaluates the internal and external environment of the school,and sends out a questionnaire of "learning needs analysis" to 300 sophomores of the school,so as to obtain Students' information on learning attitudes,attitudes towards Erhai Lake protection,learning content,teaching methods,evaluation methods,etc.Based on the Biology Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition),the overall and specific objectives of the curriculum were formulated.School-based Curriculum textbooks have been compiled,which consists of three parts: the general situation of the abiotic environment of Erhai Lake,the introduction,development,utilization and protection of common plants in Erhai Lake wetland,and the introduction,exploitation,utilization and protection of common animals in Erhai Lake wetland.In the school-based curriculum,there are also corresponding experimental exploration and practical activities.In this study,a variety of teaching methods,such as conversation,observation,lecture,experiment and group cooperative learning,were adopted to teach and implement the course among 30 senior two students.Finally,according tothe implementation results,the paper-pencil test evaluation,classroom performance evaluation and diversified evaluation of the results of after-school activities are carried out,and the development and implementation process of the curriculum is rethought.The results showed that: After implementing the school-based curriculum,the core quality of students' consciousness and social responsibility of protecting Erhai Lake has been improved.Students have a profound understanding of the animal and plant resources in Erhai Wetland.Students' interest in learning biology has been enhanced.The implementation of school-based curriculum enhances students' ability of scientific inquiry and cultivates students' ability to cooperate and communicate with others.
