School curriculum development is the key link for the school to carry out curriculum reform,achieve the school's educational goals and moral education goals.Compared with the maturity and diversity of the current school curriculum development system in the compulsory education stage,the curriculum development of ordinary high schools subject to various conditions is the focus and difficulty in the implementation of the three-level curriculum management in China.The current new round of college entrance examination reform has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of curriculum in ordinary high schools.The curriculum development of ordinary high schools under the background of the new college entrance examination mainly contains four core propositions:(1)"human-oriented" curriculum development ideas;(2)the curriculum development pattern of symbiosis;(3)the form of curriculum development that highlights tension;(4)curriculum development that points to the wisdom development of students.Under the background of the new college entrance examination policy,curriculum development in ordinary high schools is to build a school-based curriculum system linked with higher education and compulsory education by optimizing curriculum knowledge group and organizing curriculum modules,including the "secondary development" and extension of national curriculum,school-based curriculum development based on the school running concept,characteristics and the diversified development needs of students.So as to achieve the educational goals of improving students' comprehensive quality,promoting students' personalized development and cultivating students' social adaptability.Specifically,the curriculum development of ordinary high schools under the background of the new college entrance examination includes three parts: the "secondary development" of national curriculum based on "discipline education",school-based curriculum development integrated with Chinese excellent traditional culture,and development of school elective courses to meet the diversified development needs of students.The research idea of this study is mainly based on the current background of college entrance examination reform,focusing on "how to develop curriculum in general high school?" The core and purpose of the research is how to promote the corecompetencies of students,including the core competencies of disciplinary and the core literacy of interdisciplinary,to change the original tradition of "technical route" in curriculum development and return to the purpose of human development.In order to deeply understand the current situation,beneficial experience and existing problems of curriculum development in ordinary high schools in China,this study analyzes and comments on relevant policies and theories through literature research method,supplemented by case study method,and uses several typical school curriculum development cases to prove.In the background of the new college entrance examination reform,the general high school should focus on the development of expanding courses,curriculum groups and the rea-lization of the goal of discipline education through curriculum integration.In the course development of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture,one is to create cultural atmosphere and pay attention to the development of environmental courses;the other is to develop situational courses based on students' life to enhance their emotional experience,so as to guide students to form cultural understanding and national identity based on their own experience.In the development of school elective courses to meet the diversified development needs of students,firstly,we should focus on the improvement of students' action ability and develop elective courses to improve the practical ability of ordinary high school students;the second is to develop elective courses based on students' career education,focusing on the mining of students' ability advantages;thirdly,we should focus on the cultivation of students' survival ability and develop elective courses to improve students' social life ability.
