The senior high school stage is very important for students' self-awareness and self-understanding.Under the background of the new National College Entrance Examination,they are also faced with major issues and choices in life,such as how to choose subjects,how to fill up College Entrance Voluntary Table,where to go without going to college.Therefore,Career Development Guidance in senior high schools is of great significance to the improvement of senior high school students' abilities of self-learning,self-reliance,social adaptation and scientific planning of life.This paper attempts to conduct a case study on career development guidance in CS county C middle school.Through questionnaires to understand the cognitive level of senior high school students' career planning,summarize the current situation of career development guidance in ordinary senior high school,and take the practice of career development guidance in C school as a way,combined with the actual situation of education in CS County,put forward some feasible and operational countermeasures.This paper first introduces the experience exploration in the career development guidance course of C school,and then compares the experiment with the same object of the career development guidance course of C school(Grade 2017 students).From the students' self-cognitive ability,career and society before and after accepting career development guidance.To explore the change of ability,career planning consciousness and cognitive ability of career development direction to explore the validity and existing problems of implementing career development guidance in C school.Through comparative experiments,it is found that the career development guidance curriculum in C school has certain effects in improving students' cognitive ability,career and social exploration ability,career planning consciousness,career orientation and so on.But there are still some problems,mainly in three aspects: first,the content of career development guidance curriculum needs to be implemented and improved;second,the form of career development guidance curriculum is more traditional and single,which needs to be enriched and innovated;third,the professional teachers of career development guidance curriculum are relatively scarce and need to be enriched;fourth,career development guidance curriculum needs to be enriched.Career development guidance curriculum resources are relatively closed and need to be developed.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the policy from the four angles of government,school,family and society.Schools should timely adjust the content of career development guidance courses,innovate the form of career development guidance,train professional teachers for professional career development,and actively develop curriculum resources according to the changes of students' needs.Promote the effectiveness and pertinence of career development guidance course,so as to better promote career development guidance education.
