Improving the teaching practice competence of pre-service has always been the focus of teacher education reform around the world.In recent years,the education departments of China have carried out reforms and issued reports and policies in the teaching practice for students majoring in normal university.Meanwhile,the education departments and normal universities have made efforts to develop the teaching practice competence,nevertheless there are still some problems in the process of cultivating teaching practice competence.Due to the lack of unified cultivating standards,adequate resources allocation,good management implementation and enough guarantees etc.So as to many local teachers' college exist following difficulties,the goal of cultivating standards is not clear,the arrangement is not in place,the curriculum is not considerable,the evaluation is not effective and the management is not very reasonable.Therefore,there is still a lot of improvement space for the cultivating the teaching practice competences for the students in normal university in our nation.Although the reforms related to the cultivating of pre-service teachers' teaching practice competence started very late in Australia,while it has achieved great results through setting national training standards,implementing training guarantees,unifying evaluation systems and developing technical platform.Generally,this study takes the cultivating strategies of pre-service teachers' teaching practice competence in Australia as object,and conducts an in-depth analysis,and then summarizes the characteristics of cultivating strategies,so as to provide a few points for the training strategy in our country.In summary,this study mainly discussed and analyzed from the following five parts:The first part discusses the dual background of the development of pre-service teachers' teaching practice competence in Australia.Based on the unified teacher cultivating standards in United Kingdom and focus on the teaching performance evaluation in America,at the same time combines the domestic circumstance of teachers' reform in Australia,finally formulated the cultivating strategies.The second part explores the specific contents of cultivating strategies for pre-service teachers' teaching practice competence in Australia.Firstly,in order to unify the standards of professional practice competence for pre-service,the national standards were succeddively issued,the professional certification was standardized,and the of guarantees was impletated.Then,the introduction of teaching performance evaluation for teaching practice competences more standardized.Finally,the development of online technology platforms.the evaluation methods and evaluation tools by using modern multimedia information technology and network technology provide new ideas for the pre-service teachers' teaching practice abilities.The third part takes the implementation of the teaching practice competence training of the elementary education major(Bachelor's degree)of the University of Queensland in Australia as an example,and then presents the specific implementation in Australia.The overall arrangement of professional internship includes specific goals,time schedule,reward and punishment mechanism,and other auxiliary related measures.In addition,the roles and responsibilities of the personnel involved in the internship,including pre-service teachers,coordinators and instructors,teachers Internship managers and supervisors of the School of Education.Afterwards,the content and arrangement of professional internship courses as well as evaluation criteria and evaluation tools are introduced in detail.The fourth part evaluates the training strategies of pre-service teachers' teaching practice ability in Australia,and analyzes the features of the training strategies,including unified training standards,effective cooperation of multiple participants,standardizing the evaluation system,and implementing the internship manual.However,in the process of cultivating pre-service teachers' teaching practice abilities,it still faces many difficulties: the partnership between internship schools and colleges,the ability of instructors needs to be improved,and special funds are not guaranteed.The fifth part is the conclusion part,it puts forward suggestions for the cultivating strategies of teaching practice in our nation in combination with the real situation.There are publishing specific guidelines by strengthening research,developing participants' roles and responsivities by expanding partnerships,promoting effectiveness by standardizing evaluation system,building support platform by making use of technics as well as preparing internship handbook by supervising normal universities.
