With the arrival of knowledge economy era,the quality of education has gradually become an important indicator for measuring the country's overall power.As a big agriculture country,China's rural areas account for a large proportion,and enhancing the quality education of the population in rural areas is the key to improving the core competitiveness of rural areas.In China,under the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the development of rural education is subject to certain constraints,and the quality of rural education faces serious challenges.The pre-service training of rural teachers as an educational activity for cultivating rural teachers is the basic link to improve the quality of rural education.Beneath the era of education supply-side reform,attaching importance and strengthening the pre-service training of rural teachers has become an objective requirements of the sustainable development of rural education.Australia pays great attention to the pre-service training of rural teachers.In the long-term exploration,it has formed a unique pre-service training mechanism for rural teachers.In view of the similarities between the problems faced by rural teachers both in China and Australia,there are common problems in the pre-service teacher willingness to work and the loss of initial teachers.Based on the experience of the pre-service cultivating mechanism of rural teachers in Australia,and on the top of Chinese national conditions,it can provide reference for the pre-service training of rural teachers in China.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into five parts,the general contents are as follows:Firstly,the overview of the background information.This part of the content revolves around the causes and historical development of the pre-service cultivating mechanism for rural teachers in Australia.Secondly,the framework of the mechanism.Focusing on the core training concept based on rural space,this paper analyzes the overall mechanism framework based on cooperation constraints,and systematically expounds the dynamic mechanism,operational mechanism and constraint mechanism.Thirdly,the implementation of the mechanism.This part in virtue of the case of New South Wales,on the top of the introduction of its background,analyzed the implementation factors like government,universities,rural communities,teacher educators and pre-service teachers.What's more,demonstrated the implementation achievements and shortcomings.Next,the characteristics of the mechanism.This part analyzes the characteristics of the pre-service cultivating mechanism of rural teachers in Australia,and elaborates on cooperation,quality and scientific.Lastly,the suggestion of revelation.Combined with the actual situation of the country,this part puts forward four suggestions for the pre-service cultivating mechanism of rural teachers in China:to enhance external security,to develop a support framework for pre-service cultivating system;through the role of evaluation,to establish a pre-service teacher training and restraint mechanism;to strengthen multi-party cooperation relationship among the government,universities and rural shcool;reforming the content of training,and promoting the cultivation of rural space awareness among pre-service teachers.
