The improvement of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching research ability not only contributes to their own professional development,but also serves to reinforce the learning quality of students,promote the sustainable development of schools and improve the quality of education and teaching of Chinese subject.At present,there remain many problems in the teaching research abilities of primary school Chinese teachers in problem orientation,research scheme design,and thesis writing.Master studio is one of the practice modes of teachers' professional learning community.It takes disciplines as branches,famous teachers as the main leaders,integrates teaching,research and training,and exerts the radiation effect of famous teachers,which are beneficial to the development of teachers' teaching research capabilities.Therefore,this study uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,case analysis and physical analysis method to study the related issues of improving the teaching research ability of primary school Chinese teachers based on the master studio.The specific process is as follows:First of all,through a large amount of literature analysis,this study draws on the theory of teachers' professional learning community,group dynamics,and teachers' professional development stage,and conducts theoretical analysis of improving the teaching research ability of Chinese teachers in primary schools by means of master studios.Master studio implements a learning community model with a famous teacher as the core,a task-oriented group training mode,and gives full play to the leading role of the teaching research of the famous teacher and the role of the group to promote the teaching research ability of primary school Chinese teachers.Secondly,this study takes the primary school Chinese master studios in Yunnan Province as examples,through questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and SPSS-AU online analysis software and EXCEL software to analyze the current situations,problems and reasons of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching research ability before the training of master studios.The main problems of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching research ability are: poor problem-solving ability in identifying problems;insufficient ability in designing solutions in analyzing problems;weak thesis writing ability in solving problems.Through in-depth analysis,this study found that the main reasons for the problems in the teaching research ability of Chinese teachers in primary schools include: weak theoretical foundations,serious contradictions between work and study,teacher burnout,insufficient teaching research atmosphere,and lack of systematic training.Thirdly,this research examines the implementation process of improving the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching research ability by means of master studios.The implementation process of the master studios to improve the teaching research ability of Chinese teachers in primary schools mainly includes the following five aspects: one is to set up a teaching research team and set up the common goal of teachers' teaching research;the other is to organize theoretical learning and consolidate the foundation of teachers' teaching research capabilities;the third is to carry out class observation and assessment to promote teachers' teaching and research reflection;the fourth is to carry out problem research to improve teachers' ability to design programs;the fifth is to conduct research on topics to improve teachers' thesis writing ability.Then,this study uses post-test questionnaires,in-depth interviews,and physical analysis of teaching research results to analyze the effectiveness of improving the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching research ability by means of master studios.By using master studios,the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching research cognition and theoretical level,problem discovery and determination of topic selection ability,thesis writing and project operation ability,the teaching research summary and reflection ability have been greatly improved.At the same time,in the process of implementation of the master studio,there are still problems such as the disconnection of theoretical guidance and teaching practice,the inability to meet the individual needs of teachers and the lack of internal and external guarantees in the studio.Finally,this study makes an in-depth reflection on the improvement of the teaching research ability of Chinese teachers in primary schools through master studios,and proposes suggestions from five aspects: building a common vision for development,conducting thematic training activities,implementing personalized teaching research guidance,carrying out periodic teaching research summaries,and constructing interactive operating mechanisms.It hopes to provide a reference for similar training models to improve the teaching research ability of primary school Chinese teachers in the future. |
