Since the ministry of education first introduced the term "core literacy" in a document in 2014,"core literacy" has become the direction of curriculum reform in all kinds of schools at all levels across the country.In 2017,the high school ideological and political curriculum standards were finally revised to put forward the core qualities of the ideological and political discipline,which are the four core elements of political identity,scientific spirit,legal awareness and public participation.The first three elements are mainly cognitive problems at the conceptual level.According to the teaching principle of "unity of knowledge and action",cognition should be implemented into practice in the end,that is,the cultivation of public participation quality is the foothold.How to cultivate students' public participation literacy,this paper focuses on the characteristics and functions of experiential learning,and devotes to the research of experiential learning in political and ideological courses based on the cultivation of students' public participation literacy.Explore ways and techniques of experiential learning in ideological and political courses to help students build awareness of public participation,develop habits of participation,and become responsible citizens.This paper consists of four chapters.Discuss in accordance with the ideas of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Chapter one raises questions.Summarize the previous research achievements,find the research space,and explain the research methods.Chapter two is an overview of relevant theories.It includes the definition of public participation literacy and experiential learning,as well as the practical characteristics and significance of experiential learning.Chapter three analyzes the problem.The investigation describes the current situation of high school students' public participation literacy cultivation and analyzes the causes of the problems.The goal is to guide attention to the value of experiential learning in cultivating students' public participation literacy,and to see the practical necessity of implementing experiential learning in ideological and political courses.Chapter iv problem solving.This paper discusses the design strategy of experiential learning aiming at cultivating students' public participation literacy.According to the creation of experience situation-arouse students' awareness of participation;Guiding students' role experience--stimulating students' enthusiasm for participation;Carry out inquiry and inquiry of teachers and students--generate confidence of participation;Implement effective learning evaluation-develop the idea of participating in the habit of discussion.In view of the specific situation in teaching practice,this paper summarizes the advantages and limitations of carrying out experiential learning in ideological and political courses,and puts forward some Suggestions on the application of experiential learning design in ideological and political courses.
